Home was spacious and well kept. Property Managers were very helpful with any issues I had(which were very minor). Beds were comfortable and nice private backyard was equipped well with plenty of lawn furniture and lounges, plus nice barbecue.

Fantastic home with everything in working order. We had a group of 12 and everyone had plenty of room. The backyard and pool are the highlight of the home. We will rent Sun Villa San Lorenzo again...

I rented this house for a large group of friends to celebrate my 40th birthday. The house was marvelous! Perfect Palm Springs mid-century style and we felt instantly at home. Plenty of space for all of us to feel comfortable and have privacy when needed. All of the immenities we could ask for, including loads of extra towels and a well equipped kitchen for us to make great meals during our stay. The pool and outside lawns were spectacular. We spent 4 nights and never once left the property! Too much fun cooking dinners and enjoying the luxury of the space. The Vacation Palms Springs staff were very attentive and easy to work with. I will most definitely be back and I couldn't recommend it any higher.

We celebrated my friend's 40th birthday here for three days with 12-15 of her closest friends. At first I was hesitant..."how can this place realistically sleep 12 people comfortably and stll feel like you have space!? " Much to my surprise I felt totally at home here, and I could still easily get a good 8 hours sound sleep every night, even with late night partygoers in the next room. The place is very well decorated, comfortable and extremely spacious. The pool man was there everyday to ensure the pool and hot tub were were cleaned. The backyard was huge with enough chaise lounges and chairs for everyone (complete with a grapefruit tree with ripe fruit that was perfect for breakfast and squeezed into afternoon cocktails). The kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil and dish needed to cook meals. It was my first time in Palm Springs and I would highly reccommend the Sun Villa San Lorenzo to anyone. I hope to return next year. I spent three days in the pool and miss it so!!!

We stayed at the San Lorenzo house, in the older, beautiful area of older homes. It was a short distance from Palm Canyon drive, easy to get to the market, restaurants, and easy to just stay put and enjoy this fabulous home!
We had special birthday party for 14, and although only 5 bedrooms, the large bedroom and soft easily accomodated our group.
The kitchen, although small, is fully equiped for everything we needed for our meals, snacks, and the large refrig.
The pool area and jacuzzi are awesome!
Beautiful views of the mountains, wonderful lawn, great loungers, we had some perfectly delightful mornings and afternoons at the pool. Plenty of cover for shade for those we prefered to be out of the sun, and the umbrellas were perfect to move around for shade.
We loved this place and so glad we selected it, we recommend it, it is homey, clean, and the bedrooms are in great shape. The beds are really comfortable!
We hated to see our stay end, and hope to return next year for another 5 days... -

Great accommodation although needs to refit the kitchen desperately as it was tired, old and a little grubby.
The garden and pool were lovely - good amount of space, washing facilities - a little bit old fashioned for my personal taste but great for the kids, quiet safe and lovely people in Psprings - so nice we had a great time - recommended - but restrictions on noise so no good for a party crowed

Wonderful large pool with spacious private yard and mountain views. Plenty of outside seating with 8 loungers and 3 table/chair sets. Lovely covered patio & BBQ area.
Excellent floor plan inside house with sleeping areas nicely separated. Some of the beds were low to the floor and a bit uncomfortable for mature adults. Living room and dining room had plenty of seating. Liked having WiFi. We have rented other houses in Palm Springs and thought this was the best value for overall size, price, and location...with the fabulous outdoor area as #1 top feature.
