Great location but under equipped for the price paid i.e. kitchen cabinetry warned out and not enough pool reclining pool chairs. Having the washer and dryer in the room is a bad decision. The sliding mirror door was broken in that room as well.The description mentioned a gourmet kitchen never read about gourmet eating out of plastic plates and drinking out of plastic glasses! We were not explained how to use the entertainment system but we got our system on the phone. - Mimi L., Quebec, Canada

Martini Rose Palm Springs - Fantastic villa in perfect location

This was the perfect long week-end getaway for three of us. The house is spacious with a beatifully landscaped outdoor area. The house is very well maintained, and within walking distance to downtown Palm Springs. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and peaceful, and surrounded by Palm trees and scenic mountains. William and David were available for any questions and were moments away in case we needed anything. There is even a wine cooler in the very well appointed kitchen. It was a beautiful home and we had a wonderful time. I would recommend the property to friends. Kathleen was helpful and answered all our questions before we arrived. Our on-site manager William was available throughout the weekend if we had any further questions.

Martini Rose was the perfect home for our party celebrations. Most suitable for couples as all bedrooms have king/queen beds. The home was in excellent condition, well maintained and great for relaxation. Luxury Retreats are very professional. William Sayegh should be commended for his excellent customer service skills, and knowledge of the local area. William was always available and willing to help out. The reservations group were also extremely helpful and most of all listened to my needs. I can\'t wait to reserve another home in another town/country. Thanks to all at Luxury Retreats
