Enjoy gorgeous bay views and watch sunsets from this stylish brand new 5th floor condo unit - 1800 square feet. Three bedrooms and 2 full baths. Master bedroom has King size bed with bay view. Master bathroom has tiled walk-in shower, granite counter tops and two separate sinks. Second bedroom has Queen size bed with views that overlook golf course. Third den area has pull out sofa bed.
Full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops and breakfast bar. Washer and dryer area with pantry. Dining and living area with sliders that open to lanai. Tile floor throughout and completly decorated.

My husband and I stayed at this condo in October. The owners were very friendly and accommodating to all our needs. Once we arrived at the property, we were very impressed. The condo itself, is brand new, beautifully furnished, with all the amenitites of being right at home. There were two bedrooms, each having their own bathroom, again tastefully decorated and fully equipped with plenty of linens. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and all the dishwear and gadgets of being right at home. The condo also has a screened in patio with furniture looking right over the pool area and bay. It is also very close to a fishing pier located on the property, where my husband actually caught some fish and a blue crab that he prepared for dinner that evening. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing, oasis-like atmosphere. The property is also located near a main shopping area and restaurants that made it very convenient for us. Looking forward to renting the condo again next year.

This condo is in a great location. The balcony offers wonderful views of the bay. It is spacious with beautiful furnishings and very clean. The open floor plan allows you to prepare dinner in the kitchen and still converse with your companions. The sliding glass door and windows bathe the living room and kitchen area in sunlight. There is close access to a large pool and also to wooden walking trails through the aviary. A dock is also in close proximity for fishing.
While staying there, we made use of the community work out facility and golf course. It's location was easy to find and in close proximity of shopping areas.
