What a great condo! It was everything that was described in the description and photos and then some. We really felt like we were home while there. Thanks for a wonderful stay and we look forward to visitng again.

Wow, I was so impressed! The view is breath taking! The room was way more then we expected. Gorgeous! Very clean. It was perfect for 4 adults and 4 children! Lots of space and the value was great for a family of 8. Very affortable! We would definately stay here again! The only reason I put four stars for the check-in and service is because the check in was at another location. Although it was very close to the condo. There is no service for cleaning but we didn't mind. It is a very private place which we loved! But overall it was Excellent! Wonderful place to enjoy with the family, which was what we needed. The Next time we plan on going would be a little sooner then august because of all the seaweed in the ocean. They say its best to go May June or July. We still enjoyed the ocean and it was so beautiful!!!

The condo was very nice however it was rather dirty, we had to wash all the utensils before using them. The decor and the views were great. The staff on site was worthless, I had my wrist slammed in the elevator doors because they only stay open about 60 seconds and when I said something they told me its about speed and moving more people! Also the parking was an issue, we had a luggage carrier and could not get under the pipes for the second floor and all these compact cars kept taking the parking for large vehicles, complaints again went in one ear and out the other! We would probably come back to this condo again because it was very nice and the beach is beautiful! However that elevator is a lawsuit waitng to happen! We stayed July 30th through august 4th!

There were a few small things that were overlooked. No pillows for the sleeper. Only one light weight blanket in the condo. Very noisy teenage visitors next door. Other than that, we had a great time and will come back in the future.

My family and I really enjoyed our vacation. There was something for eveyone, my husband enjoyed the beach, my daughter enjoyed the pool and I enjoyed shopping at the pier. Onour last night we went to dinner at Sharky's it was reccommended by several of the other guest at the condo.

Liked the condo very much, great view of pool and beach. Fourth floor is a good location not very high. Had problems with the beach umbrella rent person, we paid and reserved a certain umbrella spot for the stay there, but he managed to let someone else use it when we were not there, and they would have to move when we showed up not good business. Did not understand why we had to stop at check in when we could have been given the code number with an e-mail.

First of all, your 4th floor location was wonderful. We could sit on the balcony and enjoy the ocean without having to peep over rail see the water. The master suite was beautiful(we all loved the masterbath). It had everything we needed and then some. All the comforts of home. Will be returning!!!

Well we were not sure exactly where or what the place looked like even though we were able to see it on the computer everything is not what it looks like through the computer...however we were pleasantly very happy with the condo with plenty of room and the sterling breeze property is kept up very well!!

The property was beautiful. The condo was well decorated and furnished. We enjoyed our stay their very much!
Two concerns...
(1) Keyless Entry - My first night there we ran into a problem with the code that was given to us. It quit working!
I was locked out of the room. My personal belongings were inside the condo. Without the help of the Security Guard at the Sterling Breeze I do not know what I would have done. There was no emergency number for Southern Resorts Rental. However, when the Security Guard did reach someone that he knew, the probably was quickly solved. (I had rather have a key!)
#2:
Lights burned out in the condo. There were several ceiling lights burned out in the kitchen. Also the light in the Vent over the stove was out. This made in quite dark in the kitchen when I was trying to prepare meals.
One of the lights in the "fridge" was also out.
When a condo is being inspected, they might want to check the lights to make sure they all are working.
This was a wonderful mini vacation, and I would certainly recommend this unit to anyone and also the help of the staff at Southern Resorts.

This unit is tastefully decorated with plenty of space. We enjoyed being on the 4th floor. The location is good and not too busy.

Everything was wonderful except the condo did not have
any bath soap or shampoo. And the toliet paper was so
thin ... well. And it needed a pot scuber for the kitchen. The condo and pool was beautiful and gym
was great. The bed in the master was just to die for!
Was so comfortable. Also we normally see games in a unit- but this one did not have any. -
Can't wait to go back

My husband and I traveled with some friends of ours. We absolutely enjoyed our selves. It was clean and everything was just perfect. I would hight recommend this place to everyone I know.
