We are located on Thomas Drive next door to Pineapple Willys
Amenities: Air Conditioning, Cable TV, VCR, Stereo, CD Player, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Ice Maker, Cooking Utensils provided, Linens provided, On site Laundry facilities, Pool (shared), Charcoal Grill (BBQ).
FREE UNLIMITED LOCAL PHONE SERVICE and WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS.
NOW OFFERING FREE USE OF A SET OF BEACH CHAISES WITH UMBRELLA from the on site Beach Service March though October.

Weekly Rate includes all taxes and cleaning fee. Daily rate add tax and cleaning fee. Tax is included. Add cleaning.
*Receive a discount of $50.00 per month when renting Dec. through Feb. March is available for $1500 only when renting Dec. through Feb.
All taxes total 12.5%. Cleaning fee is $65. Smaller minimum stays allowed when small blocks of dates are open. Upon booking this condo a refundable security deposit of $150.00 is required within 7 days to hold the reservation. It is VERY IMPORTANT that you have called or emailed that the rental agreement is in the mail along with the security deposit. The condo is not considered reserved until this has been done. The deposit may be a personal check which will be deposited into an account as long as it's received within 6 weeks of reservation. The deposit will be returned after check out once the condo has been inspected for damages. Payment in full is required three weeks prior to arrival by money order, cashier check or PayPal, no personal checks. A credit card can be used via PayPal.
CHECKS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR MORE THAN THE RENTAL FEE.
Canceling 2-3 weeks before scheduled arrival will lead to a 50% loss of deposit.
No refund if canceled less than two weeks from arrival unless the vacation condo can be rented. No refund for early check out. A refund will be granted if a hurricane evacuation is ordered but no refund for the cleaning.
THIS IS A NON-SMOKING CONDO AND THE RESORT DOES NOT ALLOW PETS.
You must be 25 years old to rent this condo.
The Sunbird Resort charges a $15.00 parking pass fee in addition to the prices quoted above.
