The rental was in a great spot and being on the 3rd floor was nice. Less elevator wait time. The unit was clean and plenty of room.
The views were awesome. Communication was outstanding with the owner/manager of unit.
The only issue minor issue was real short on paper products? Ei paper,
soaps,etc... They did inform us in advance of this...But for 2K it would have been nice touch having more of these items. -

This was our winter home for February and March 2013 and we loved it. Our third stay at the aqua and first in unit 302. We are returning to 302 next winter. Nice quiet location with everything we have come to expect from the aqua. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. Love the short walk to Pier Park and the beautiful beach, with beach chairs supplied begininning in March. The two lounge chairs on the balcony were one of the best things. Everything is hassle free which makes staying here wonderful.

My fiance and our families rented multiple condos during our wedding. We could not have been happier! The unit we were in was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The location was perfect for us. We will definitely being staying here again sometime. I can't even say enough good things about the property and Blue Sun Properties made renting a breeze. We tell all our friends that are looking for a vacation spot they have to go to aqua.

Was a truly enjoyable experience staying at this Blue Sun Property. We felt at home as soon as we opened the door. Everything was perfect from furnishings to beach location. A peaceful and beautiful place to visit.

We had a great time on our stay in Panama City Beach. The resort was in a great location and this particular unit was conviently located on the 3rd floor for easy access to the skywalk and parking plus a quick elevator ride to the main level near the pool and beach. There was plenty of room for all of us! I would recommend this unit to everyone, adults with or without children. Our only concerns were the dishwasher which needs to be bolted in so it doesn't tump forward and the door of the dishwasher just drops to the floor. I guess the spring is broken so it is a little dangerous. Also, the showers could use some cleaning. They weren't too bad but not as clean as expected.

We take a teachers' getaway trip at the end of each school year. We have been to Orange Beach/Perdido Key for the past three years. We decided this year to try PCB. I researched differenct condos and we booked through Blue Sun Properties. We made the right choice! Check-in was a breeze. Jeff was very accomodating. We needed an extra parking pass and he assured me that it would not be a problem. It was simple to get one. He also returned our phone call quickly regarding the dryer. It turned out to be "User Error"- LOL. Comfort- we found that the living area stayed much cooler than the bedrooms. Cleanliness- there were several stains on the carpet, not a big deal. It was very affordable. We were on a "teachers' budget". You get way more than you pay for! The location was perfect. The condo was on the same floor as the crossover to the parking deck. We were worried about the noise level. But, it was extremely peaceful!! We were able to walk to Pier Park!! The two free beach chairs were nice also. The water was fine. It was a little rough, but no oil!! The pool area was nice also, but we stayed on the beach 99% of the time. The condo was perfect for us. We cooked dinner two nights. The condo had everything needed to prepare and serve dinner for our group. We also used the grill one night. It is in a great location by the pool. You can watch the beautiful sunset over the Gulf of Mexico, while grilling. The balcony was large enough to accomodate everyone at one time! We had a great time at aqua #302. We will be back next year! Thank you Jeff and Lucinda!!!

I enjoyed the condo very much. The rooms were beautiful and clean. Excellant view of ocean, Close to all the attractions, Would defintley stay in 302 again. Would like to take my sons back for a stay in the condo very soon. Recommed highly to anyone.

It was everything that was covered in previous reviews and more. Wonderful view, lovely unit with very easy access from parking garage. Location was close to action yet pretty quiet even during "Spring Break". We even had a opportunity to meet the owners who were very nice. I would recommend this unit to anyone. Weather was a bit cool our first couple of days but then warmed up enough for us to get "too much sun". Great Vacation.

We rented this unit for a "Girls Only Getaway". We absolutely loved our stay. The unit is tastefully decorated, yet very comfortable. The location couldn't be better...just a few blocks from Pier Park (restaurants & shopping galore). We will definitely stay here on future trips to PCB!!!

This Condo has everything you need and more to make yourself feel like your home away from home. The beds are so comfortable that you just melt when you lay in them. The added sound of the ocean in the background helped. The people who own this condo were so hospitalable. I've never had an experience where the owners went out of the way to make sure you had everything you need. The pool and ocean is within a few steps of your doorway and parking with super easy. You could get to the condo after parking maybe in 2 to 3 minutes. 5 stars.

Aqua 302 is a clean, well-equipped, spacious vacation rental in an ideal location. The Aqua resort is located 0.4 miles from Pier Park, which has truly become the center of shopping and dining for Panama City Beach. The unit itself is on the same level as the clean and quiet cross-over between the parking lot and building. The entry is behind a glass door that keeps out traffic and any kind of hall or road noise. (Spring Break or Summer might be a bit louder and busier overall, but November was wonderful). We stayed with 4 adults and 3 small children (one in a travel bed) and had plenty of room to spread out and for all of the kids stuff. The unit was clean, the welcome bag with starter supplies (detergent, dishwash liquid) was a nice surprise, as was the "birthday" welcome that was waiting for us upon arrival. It is obvious that the owners do care about their property and guest comfort. Very responsive to any and all questions before, during and after our stay. As former PCB residents, and many, many time vacationers, we have added Aqua 302 to our list of places to return, without hesitation.
As for the property, clean, modern and well maintained. The heated indoor portion of the pool was perfect for the mid 60's weather over Thanksgiving. Gorgeous beach, clean workout facility and lobby area. Fast elevators and no problems with the parking garage. Thanks Blue Sun Properties, we will be back soon! -

In planning for our fall get-away for my husband & me, I discovered Jeff & Lucinda's website for Blue Sun Properties. Although we normally go to Destin, we opted for Panama City for a change. I originally planned to book a condo @ Calypso, which also looks like a great place to stay. After talking to Lucinda on the phone, she suggested we try Aqua (they have beautiful condos @ both). I'm so glad she did - it was wonderful!! Turns out after I'd booked the 3 bedroom condo, our 2 daughters & their families were free to join us for 2 of the 4 nights we were there. Our 18 month old granddaughter made her first visit to the beach & we all enjoyed seeing her reaction. The weather was absolutely perfect-mid 70' in November!! The heated pool @ Aqua was great to have this time of the year. Everything about the vacation was wonderful. I even treated myself to a massage & facial downstairs during our trip. Janet does a great job! We will definitely plan to stay here again and would highly recommend it! The location is also a plus, too......close to Pier Park & right on the beach.....couldn't ask for more! We met Jeff & Lucinda while we were there - such a nice couple. We plan to do business with them again - we really like getting to know the owners so I think we're on the right path for a yearly trend! I'm ready to go back!!
