Room 407 came with mixed reviews spanning from very good to not acceptable. First off, the management team was excellent to work with!! and would not hesitate to work with them in the future!! When the fuse of the oven stove blew on Easter Sunday, the problem was very quickly resolved with a call from mgmt. Upon entering the unit, we were really turned off by the worn, and randomly stained carpet in the family room area--yuck! This should probably be replaced with some sort of laminate flooring, and maybe an area rug. Next, the bar stools that are fabric, are very stained also! Again, a wood surface chair would probably work better in this area. The light blue couch had stains on it also. The color choices of the unit were not very inviting...maybe a quick wall of color would make the unit more pleasing to the eye. But the worst thing about the unit, which would make me not want to revisit it, is the constant clicking of the fan unit located on the exterior wall of the master bedroom! I tried everything to block out the noise, from ear plugs, to the bathroom fan, but lost a lot of sleep!! The last negetive about this unit, is the aqua building itself. We stayed at Calypso last year, and found that the grounds of the building were much better maintained. When looking over the balcony at the water fall feature, the stones were dingly and dirty...not appealing.
With all that being said, I think with a little TLC, I would definately be back in this unit next year!! The master bed was very comfortable! And the rest of the unit was very nice! -

The condo was exactly as pictured. Comfortable with the necessary elements to enjoy a month at Panama City Beach. We had a problem with the phone and fortuneately the owner provided us with an alternative. The door handle on the microwave broke off by accident and very soon, after we reported the incident to Blue Sun Properties, they sent someone to repair it.
We will be back. -

We have travelled to practically every beach in Florida over the past 20 years, but nothing comes close to Panama City Beach. Staying in at the aqua made it even a more enjoyable holiday. This condo was superb! The proximity to Pier Park, shopping etc... was ideal. The unit was clean, and the amenities that this building had was second to none. We are now planning our next vacation, and the kids can't wait to go back!!
