Again for our 2nd February at 1204, it was ideal. We love the location, and 1204 is ideal for our purposes.
Jeff and Lucinda are excellent in arranging our stay at 1204 and attending to details in a very prompt and friendly way.

Our family rented unit 1204 for the whole month of March. We have never stayed at Sterling Breeze before and are excited to say that out of the other Condos that we have rented down here, it is by far our favorite one. There was ample room and the furnishings were very nice. I loved the Granite Counters and bar area in the kitchen. We were also very excited about having our own grill on the balcony. We enjoy staying down on the Pier Park end of town and were pleased that it was so close by, within a half mile to be exact. There are plenty of great restaurants within a 5-15 minute drive. I also liked the fact that Sterling Breeze also offered kids activities twice a week. Our little girls loved making Shark Tooth Necklaces of their very own. The pool and Hot Tub are very nice and well maintained and of course the beach is perfect. I would reccomend Sterling Breeze to anyone looking for "The Perfect Place" to stay in Panama City.

This place is at a perfect location. You could cross the street and go to the beach. The condo was pretty clean and tastefully furnished. The check in was easy, we really liked the keyless entry. No hassle with the front desk. When we get there bathtub was clogged and I sent an email, the next day someone came and fixed it. Only thing was they were suppose to call before they came, but never did. They came while we were gone, it would've been nice to know when some stranger was coming to our room.
Overall we had a great experience. Thank you!
