Escape to the beach!!! Relax in luxury and enjoy cost savings by renting directly from owners. Our oceanfront condo is equipped with all the conveniences of home and the luxuries of a 5-star resort. We have furnished our beach getaway as a second home with quality furnishings, brand name electronics and all the kitchen utensils needed to prepare a gourmet meal. Refurbished in 2012 with new linens, reupholstered furniture and new laminate floors in bedrooms.

The condo was in great condition. Pictures were truly accurate to real thing. Very comfy beds, nice kitchen, great view for morning coffee, and great pools!! The only down side was having to wait on elevators but this had nothing to do with the condo, just the amount of people staying at the resort. I would definitely stay in this condo again. I was very pleased!

The Tidewater, although very large, is a nice place to stay right on the beach. This condo was nicely furnished with attention to details to make the guests feel at home. The kitchen had everything you could want to make it feel like home. Our teenage daughters enjoyed the wi-fi internet. I myself enjoyed the views from the balcony with early morning coffee, although there was quite a bit of seaweed in the water the week we were there. The owners, Mr. and Mrs. Bock, were easy to work with and always answered any questions or concerns we may have had. The location of the Tidewater was great as it is close to Frank Brown Park and Pier Park for some good shopping. It is far enough west that there is not as much traffic and noise as the resorts a little futher east on Front Beach Road. I would definitely recommend this resort and condo unit to anyone looking to spend some time in Panama City Beach.

We had such a great time in Panama City and our condo was awesome. It was our mother/daughter (teenagers) weekend and they loved it also. It was equipped with everything you would need. The view was absolutely beautiful and it was close to grocery stores and shopping of all kind. We ate at a few resturants, which were within walking distance and they were excellent. We were just on the outskirts of the busy/spring breakers, which is what we were looking for, but not too far away either if that is what you are looking for. We really did not have to drive our car very much during the week. We walked everywhere. The condo was very clean. The pools and hot tubs for the condo was very nice. They also have a great workout room. There is a lot to do on the beaches and the beaches were beautiful with lots of sand, sun, and fun. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone.

We had a wonderful 2 month stay in Steve's "Escape to the Beach" condo. The unit is well furnished and very comfortable. We quickly settled in and felt right at home. If your travels bring you to Panama City Beach, contact Steve for a cozy and wonderful stay at the beach. You won't regret staying here!

Everything from contacting the owner to our last day at the condo was amazing and very smooth. The owners responded to every email and question I had very fast and it was a hassle free process. The condo was more than pictures will show. You only need to bring clothes because everything you need is in the condo. Tidewater Beach Resort is an outstanding resort. The pools (3), hot tub, beach area, and staff was great. The Panama City Beach area has everything that you could want to do on a vacation. I suggest parasailing and renting a pontoon boat to tour shell island. I highly recommend this property to anyone that is looking for a great experience.

Outstanding location and condo! Although a little unnerving about paying entire fee upfront and having to use the pull-out couch as part of the sleeping arrangements for 8, it was a fantastic stay! Great location, great amenities on site and in the condo (3 pools, workout, coffee/snack shop, parking, appliances/kitchenware, toys/games, etc)!!! Thanks for sharing part your personal paradise with us!

To clarify - the pull-out couch is clearly advertised as part of the sleeping accomodations. Guests say it is very comfortable. The living area has black out drapes so guests can sleep well and the third full bathroom is a huge help for larger parties. -

Tidewater Resort is the perfect place to stay when you visit Panama City Beach! Our condo was beautiful! Well equiped with everything you need and more! Plenty of space for comfort and privacy. The beach is right out your back door. Restraunts and activities within walking distance is a plus! The owners are fabulous to work with and are extremely professional! You will love this condo!

The condo was very nice. The view from the balcony was great. The beds were very comfortable. The condo was roomy enough for 4 adults and a 13 yo. The proximity to the beach is great. The pools are great. The area of improvement could be the cleanliness. The furniture, lamps, clocks, doors, etc looked like they had not been dusted in a long time. Check-in is a little hectic because of the volume of units and people. The cleaning can be fixed, I highly recommend this condo. The owners were very easy to deal with, and provided all of the information in a timely and efficient manner.

Being right on the beach - the sand and salty air certainly does make cleaning more of a challenge however it is agreed that every guest should arrive to a clean and fresh unit. Our housekeeping situation has since been addressed.

The condo was very comfortable and in an excellent location. The owners were very easy to work with and overall, our stay was very enjoyable. The elevators were really slow and it was very crowded when we were checking in. The people below us consistently smoked on their balcony and even though it was reported, it still continued. Since there were no curtains in the bedroom, the outside lights were a problem for us.

Yes - you can't beat the location of Tidewater Beach Resort!Unfortunately Sat is check-in/check-out days and there can be sometimes waits for elevators. It is best to check-out early or put on your swimming suit and enjoy the amazing pools and beach with a cool cocktail from our poolside Tiki-bar until the rush is over.
All bedrooms have high quality solid wood blinds that were upgraded for high privacy. As long as the blinds are shut tight we have never had a problem. This issue has never been raised by a guest before.
Tidewater Beach Resort is a non-smoking building so it is unfortunate that the guests in a unit below did not adhere to the regulations. Security informs the owner and rental company of any reported violations. -

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful condo. Plenty of room, clean, excellent furnishings, and they even provided 4 large beach towels for our use(I want some of these) and 2 beach chairs and an umbrella daily. They were invaluable. Staff very nice outside and at desk. I'd love to go back, soon. The view is greatand the water clear. The Bocks are great to rent from, and communicated all we needed to know before we arrived.

We totally enjoyed our stay in unit 1213 at Tidewater. We rented this condo for a mother/daughter springbreak getaway. The condo was beautiful, clean, and very well kept. We loved the three bathrooms and the patio set to sit on to watch the sunsets. We ate many meals in the condos and found the condo to have all the kitchen supplies that we needed. The owners were great to work with and provided us with all the needed information in a very timely and professional manner. Be sure to check out Pier Park for nice shopping, eating and movies. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone who is planning a trip to Panama City Beach.
