This fully furnished, professionally decorated unit features 9 ft ceilings, granite countertops, full-length windows throughout all living spaces including full length terrace that lead to your private balcony with a corner view of the gulf of Mexico.
The living room has ceramic tile throughout. 36inch flat screen TV with DVD player and Sega Dreamcast for the kids. The separate bunkroom has twin bunks, flat screen TV and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with top of the line stainless steel appliances and washer / dryer.

Very nice accommodations. Overall feel of the development is "spa like," well appointed - seemed geared toward adults and was very quiet - but it was October. Great weather and beach conditions.

Aqua is my favorite place to stay in PCB. It is very modern and well kept, the pools are perfect for kids and it's close to everything. I've stayed there 3 times and recommend it to everyone I know visiting that area.

The process of renting this unit went well - easy to process online and super easy to check in with the key-entry systems. We were there during a non-busy week so parking couldn't have been easier.
The location of the unit was perfect - near restaurants, the Pier Park Mall and overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The facilities of the building were well maintained and had a security guard watching out for problems all the time (not that it was remotely necessary when we were there).
The unit itself was better than the pictures and description led us to believe. The place was very nice. The master bed was extremely comfortable with great bedding. The sofa was comfortable to sit and sleep on. The doors and windows to the patio overlooking the gulf were very heavy duty and spotless. The patio furniture was in great shape. The unit had more than enough dishes, glassware and utensils (cooking and eating) to supply many days without washing dishes. The unit also supplied a blender, toaster and electric can opener, mop and broom. It was tastefully decorated and all of the appliances were top notch.
I have only three constructive suggestions for the property management company renting it - 1. Have an instruction sheet about how to use the washing machine in the unit (what type of detergents to use and where detergent goes vs fabric softener and bleach.) 2. Look int getting rid of the strong odor that hits you when you open the door and first enter ... some cleanser or waxy smell ... you don't realize it after being in the unit for awhile but it is strong at first. 3. Have a list of the few things that are in disrepair so the renters don't worry that they will be docked in the security deposit for it when they leave - like the chipped handle on the microwave or the broken plastic cover on front of the washing machine or a few scuff marks on the coffee table legs.

My husband and I stayed at this condo for Bike Week and it was awesome! Love the layout, deck on the beach, master bed/bath. Also loved the hassle-free coded entry system instead of a tradtional key. This made access, check-in, and check-out effortless. Highly recommend and will stay here again!
