We stayed in Ocean Reeef #2305 last week and had an excellent time. The condo does need some work done to it though. Starting at the front door the nameplate is missing from the front door. The carpet was worn out and filthy and we virtually had no cable tv in any rooms. This is big when you have little kids traveling with you. Also, 2 of the 3 dvd players did not work in the unit. Condo needs painting also. The view was spectacular from our balcony. I would recommend this unit and would like to stay there in the future but it needs minor tinkering

Was very pleased with the room. I really liked the balcony that is where I spent most of my time. I have a fear of heights so when I found out I was on the top floor I thought it would be awful but the balcony was so big it didn't bother me. I can't wait for next year I plan on staying there again. The beach was amazing and we will probably stay there every year. Best vacation I ever had. Really liked that you didn't have to carry a key too. The Beds were really comfortabel. Only suggestion I have is more channels on the tv. The box hadn't been updated and alot of the channels wouldn't pick up. Also I loved having your own designated parking spot you know just where to go everytime.

I enjoyed the stay at Ocean Reef and my wife says the same. The only thing I see for improvement is having a nice Grill and seating area by the pool that would match the rest of Ocean Reef.

I have stayed in PCB many times and the factors (other than the weather) that make for a nice stay is a great view of the ocean, a clean and comfortable place to stay with convenient parking at a decent price. This place had all three factors! I definately would want to stay here again.

The location was great!! On site security was awesome.
John was great and and very helpful with everything. Very visable.
Awesome view !!!
We were there during Spring Break and we did not hear any of the noise from Front Beach Rd.
The only 2 problems we saw were that the carpet either needs a deep cleaning or replaced and the drain in the master tub needed some Drano.
Highly recommend!!! -

My husband had never stayed on a higher floor and he really enjoyed it! I love it on the 23rd floor. I don't have any negative feedback on this condo other than the cleaning fee!
Normally, I wouldn't have balked at the cost, but I did more cleaning when we first got there, and it looked way better when we left than when we arrived! So you're either jacking up cleaning fees to make up for lower rental prices, or your housekeepers aren't doing a very good job!
