If you are looking for the kind of vacation spot that feels like home, this is the one for you. Ed and Brenda Churchill, our owners, have taken special care to make this Emerald Beach vacation condo a place you'll want to come every year. They’ve done a lot to upgrade this property from a new sofa to new beds. And more. But let’s talk about what makes this a special place for you.

Let’s start with the view! You step out on the balcony and you get to look at the most beautiful beach in the world. Right her...e. And there's just the right spot to enjoy you morning coffee and catch a glimpse of the dolphins that play off shore. You’ll want to spend lots of time here. It’s big and comfortable.

The living area's nice and big. And, if you like Tommy Bahama you'll love the decor. Think “beachy chic”. It’s really colorful and fun and it really makes the most of the room in every room. There’s plenty of space for all your beach stuff, but that’s not why you’ll pick this condo. It’s got great views. Plain and simple.

The LIVING ROOM sofa opens up as a queen sleeper. The entertainment center, which is entertaining just to look at it has a big TV, looks like a 35”. And it’s equipped with XFINITY so you get lots of channels. The DVD player lets you play movies when you’re beached out. But, your eyes will wander to the beach every time.

Both the dining area and the kitchen are set up so that you get these terrific views as well. And the kitchen's got everything you need whether you're grabbing a snack or whipping up a gourmet meal.

The MASTER BEDROOM has a huge king size bed with a with a beautiful dark headboard. Check out the photo. Really colorful bedding. And the mattress is brand new so it’s really comfortable. There’s another pretty big TV, same cable package located in a giant entertainment center.

The BUNK AREA is a kid friendly area for sleeping and a little playing. Perfect for your kids.

The LAUNDRY area’s located to make keeping everyone in clean clothes a breeze.

These bedrooms and the pull out sleeper sofa in the living room making sleeping room for 6 with 2 full baths.

Emerald Beach 1533 is a big beautiful place at the beach. And it’s priced right too.

Now let’s talk about what makes Emerald Beach and Panama City Beach special.

Emerald Beach Resorts is one of the really high class resort properties here in Panama City Beach. This resort’s got all the style you want. But we’ll get to that. Let’s talk about the beach. We’re talking a beach that’s over 1000 feet wide. That’s 3 football fields end to end of sugar white sand. Just an unbelievable sight. There’s a Dillard's, Target, Penny’s, Ron Jon (you’ve got to get to the surf shop once while you’re here); there’s a 16 screen movieplex. All kinds of restaurants. Panera Bread for a quick bite, Longhorn Steakhouse and Olive Garden. And get this: there’s a Jimmy Buffet Margaritaville, you know, it’s 5 o’clock somewhere. You’ll find amusement rides for the kids too! And free concerts during the summer

  Nasty,Nasty,Nasty.. That is about all i can say. The condo had hair and sand in the bed when we arrived. We had to buy cleanining supplies so we could clean the bathrooms. I contacted the agency in charge of the unit and never got a return call.We have been going to Panama City for years and i will never be back to Emerald Beach.

  The condo we stayed in was very nice. It was very much like home. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was very convenient. It was great to be able to wake up and watch the ocean from our balcony. The stocked kitchen was very helpful when I was preparing a large dinner for my son's birthday party. Having all of the dishes, utensils and cookware made it just like being at home. We had 15 people in the room for the party and there was room for everyone to sit and enjoy their dinner.

  Kids had a blast..pool/dj was awesome...loved the facility but the place wasn't cleaned in sometime....lots of dust..carpet didn't appear to be vacummed recently...smelled very musty..even with doors open for a long while...plaster holes were fixed in a few spots...kitchen was very nice...and master was nice along with bunk beds...pull out couch was worst ever and I have slept on a few fix those areas and we will come stay in 1533 again...otherwise another number.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was exactly as it was represented. It was well furnished and very clean. We would definitely stay there again! The keypad was a great keys to worry about. I would offer only one suggestion...Put a light on the ceiling fan in the family area. It seemed a little dark at night with only the two table lamps. Other than that it was GREAT!

  I would recommend to another guest under the condition that the property was cleaned properly. Floors were very dirty! Air vents were black with dust. My son's allergies were terrible whenever in the condo due to dust, etc. Nice place, great view, but needs to be cleaned for more than 15 minutes before the next guest.

  Instead of sending my son on spring break, I decided to take a well-deserved family vacation. We were very pleased when we arrived. The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything. It was very affordable because I could go out to eat or dine at home with all the amenities required. Having two hundry teenage boys who are accustomed to eating whenever they want, this was perfect. The cable, flat screen tv, and internet connection made everyone feel at home. My son was going to the teen clubs everynite but still found time to impress his friends by inviting them over to see how nice our accomodations were compared to their hotel room. I would definitely stay again when visiting Florida.

  The Emerald Beach Resort was a very nice condo on Panama City Beach. The room was very clean and was everything we expected. The room had an amazing balcony where both doors slid open to a huge entrance! Place was furnished with high end furniture to give it a great look! The resort itself was amazing with a sky bar in it where you can have Carrabbas delivered to the condo. Get drinks and relax in the lounge. There was plenty of parking across the street in 2 parking garages(never have to walk outside because of skybridge). The lobby was very nice also with 4 escalators that led you to the skybridge or to the main desk or STARBUCKS! Resort looks brand new with all marble floor and high end finishes! It was always clean and had very safe with security guards. Definitely a 5 star resort would recommend any day! Have Fun...Will Return!
