Here’s the scoop on the condo.

The LIVING ROOM sofa opens up as a queen sleeper. The entertainment center, which is entertaining just to look at it has a big TV, looks like a 35” and don’t forget, the DVD player lets you play movies when you’re beached out. Or, surf the net with the high speed connection. But, I gotta tell you, the views are gonna make all that pretty tough. You’re eyes will wonder to the beach every time. You’ll like the balcony, too. It’s really comfortable. And the views, The views.

The MASTER BEDROOM’s got a huge king size bed with luxury bedding. And the bed’s really looks comfortable. I almost laid down on it to see how it felt. There’s another pretty big TV. The Master Bath’s something to see. Gotta separate shower and garden tub. And how about this. There’s a breakfast table so that you can sit and look out at the beach and gulf while enjoying your coffee and newspaper (yeah I know, who reads the paper at the beach?).

The 2ND MASTER has a nice size queen. Big room with lots of space for your stuff. Good size bath room off this bedroom.

The BUNK AREA is a kid friendly area for sleeping and a little playing. Perfect for the kiddies.

The KITCHEN’s open and has everything that you need, so no matter whether you’re cooking your specialty or just fixing grilled cheese sandwiches you’ve got everything you need to please the family. There’s a big kitchen bar with bar chairs so you can grab a quick bit before you hit the beach.

The DINING AREA has a table for six so everyone can sit down and enjoy a meal.

The LAUNDRY area’s located to make keeping everyone in clean clothes a breeze.

These bedrooms, the bunk area and the pull out sleeper sofa in the living room making sleeping room for 8 with 2 complete full baths.

  Update Needed. The walls need painting, the furniture is "yucky", no dresser in the master bedroom, few pictures and decorations, small tv in living room, old tv's in bedrooms, serving bowls needed, no king-sized bed in master bedroom. The hot tub was not useable for about a week.

  The building is fine but the unit furnishings are very bad: stained chairs,poor living room furniture, old televisions, no bedroom dresser, no king size bed, few decorations, poor deck furnishings, no serving bowls, needing paint badly.

  We arrived after an 9 hr. drive around 7:00 pm. We entered the condo and were met with a foul odor,the master bathroom stank,so I had to immediately start unpacking to find my air freshener,and spray throughout the unit.There was only 2 complimentary small bars of soap for each bathroom, none for the showers.No complimentry dish washing liquid to wash the coffee pot for the morning coffee, nor any 1st. morning coffee to fix. So be prepared to go to the grocery store upon arriving. The master bed was as hard as a slab of concrete, we had to go to wal-mart the next day and buy a mattress pad that helped very little.There were 8 people in our party, there was only 5 towels and 5 wash cloths and 1 dish towel, so you have to start doing laundry immediately.The cable went off on the TV on Wed. night so we didn't have cable for the rest of our stay until Sun. We reported it, they sent someone to check it. He watched the TV for a minute and said he'd contact comcast and it never got fixed. Sat. morning the door code would not work. We had to call them again,they gave us another door code number to learn. All of this was tolerable and we had a good time. The ocean view and location were great but Best Beach Getaway company has made me change my mind on booking with rental companies, which we have done for several years and will not do again. Upon returning home, on Wed. I got online to check my e-mail, had one from Best Beach Getaways saying they were charging me for smoking in the room, $84.46, we did not smoke in the unit, we smoked on the balcony with the door shut. I called them immeddiately and told them we did not smoke in the room. She told me she would file a report and I would hear something in a couple of business days,checked my bank statement on Sun. night they had charged me for it already.I went to the bank first thing Monday morning to stop the draft or any other drafts, I used my debit card to book with, the only way to stop further drafts is to cancel my debit card and get a new one, thats alot of trouble to change all your business to keep them from ripping you off. Just beware...

  The staff at the front desk were more than once rude and unfriendly to us in person. At one point, we called to ask about the heated pool, which you advertise. We were told that the temperature was one degree from allowing the pool to be heated. At that time we asked, due to the pool being too cold to swim in, what is there for an 8 year old boy to do around here and the reply from the front desk man was "well I have some filing that needs to be done". Excuse me! What kind of reply is that to one of your guests? Very rude! The bellboys and cleaning staff that we would see around the property were all very friendsly and nice but the front desk staff was rude on 3 seperate occassions!

  if you stay here, just make sure you take toilet paper, we had to go out and buy toilet paper..there were only two rolls for 5 people! hotels usually have an extra roll in each bathroom! it was also kinda hectic the way you had to get from garage area to your room.... the written directions on checking in and out need to be more clear ...wasn't very clear that you were to just go straight to your room and use the code and didn't have to go to reservation desk or the agents office & the check out directions in the room on the bar needs updating,it said there were 3 keys to the room and if not left there upon departure there would be a fee... well, there were no keys when we got there..called the office and they said that must have been an old sheet.. was confusing! the updated condo was clean and decorated so nicely and the agents staff were very nice. we really enjoyed our getaway...

  We called 3hours ahead while traveling & again at arrival at 2:30 to see if we could get in early but was told they had not received word from housekeeping to ok it. We started trying to unload around 3:30 but it was awful. Cars lined up, people & luggage carts lined up in the HOT hallway (no a/c or fans) waiting on the 3working elevators. The room and view were very nice but the beds were rather firm for our liking. There were limited chairs around the pool on the beach side and the same few lined up before 8AM to snatch those up. We felt it was inconvient to get to the parking garage by way of elevators so we chose to cross the lanes of traffic instead. OUr suggestion would be to stagger check-in times which would help with the overcrowded elevators and get your vacationers off to a better start.

  This was a beautiful condo and immaculately clean. The living room furniture was very comfortable and the patio had a great view and comfortable chairs. Our only complaint was that all the beds were EXTREMELY HARD! Also, the ice maker in the freezer made ice but it would not dispense it. The rental people were very helpful and pleasant to work with. The beachside pool was always really crowded but was kept clean. The beach was always clean and the water was wonderful.
