My husband and I went for a getaway after Christmas and for just the two of us, this place was perfect! So clean, comfortable, well-furnished and completely relaxing. It was just what we needed after a hectic season.

Me my aunt and children stayed at this condo for a weekend in july. It was great it's very nice and clean. The water park is great if you have kids.. I have nothing to complain about. Great place!

Overall it was nice with a few things that I would like to see changed before we would come back. The elevators were often crowded making slow going to the room and back. Also the beach was very crowded and I was told there was a public access for the beach. We paid rent for chairs and umbrella for the whole week but had people set up in front of us and everywhere else. The room was pretty nice but way to many people in the area for me and my family. We have been to other areas over the years where it was not nealy as crowded. We would use you again but not in Panama City.

1. Condo was clean and neat except for some sand on tile floors.
2. Noticed that other rentals included beach chairs and this one did not.
3. A 10am checkout time is ridiculous!
4. The wireless internet information provided did not work and the technician had to come into the unit twice to resolve.
5. The building is starting to show some signs of wear. Several areas are in need of fresh paint.

We appreciate that you have taken the time to let us know how your vacation went! Southern uses this information to be able to constantly improve and meet our guest’s expectations each and every time!
I would like to apologize that the floors were not cleaned properly and it has been brought to the attention of our housekeeping team. The beach chair service is up to the individual owner if they would like to provide the service for their guests. Southern has a 10am check out time so we are able to have enough time to clean thoroughly for the new guests' arrival. I know the internet issues must have been frustrating, however we have corrected the problem and our future guests should no longer experience these. After reviewing your reservation, I do understand that the code provided did not work since you had purchased an early arrival. Unfortunately, we are only able to provide an early arrival code the day our guest is scheduled to check in.
We do thank you for bringing to our attention items that we may show improvement on! We look forward to having you as our return guest for your next vacation!

Splash 1405 was beautifully decorated and the kitchen well stocked. The kids (2 and 5)loved the water park. The only negative was the elevators. Sometimes it took as long as 10 minutes to catch one.

Unit was nice and comfortable. Concerns that there is no secure way to make certain the door cannot be opened @ the 14th floor level by small children. We had a 4 y/o and while he did not mess with the door that much, we had to make certain we were in eye view of him at all times just in case he became curious. This is a serious safety feature for a facility that is geared toward small kids. The internet we could never get to work, I spent at least an hour on tech suport, et and no one could help because at&T; could locate the acount. Office Support @ Southern Vacations could offer little to no assistance and the instructions in the book were OK, but basically from my work standpoint I was "stranded" and with a new facility of this nature that just should not happen this day and time.

We absolutely had a great time. It was a fun atmosphere for our two young girls. Very nice and clean condo with an awesome view.
