Our family really enjoyed our stay. We loved being so near the beach and the ocean - this was much better than the long walk required at many condos. We also liked having the covered parking spaces right there at the entrance. The jetted tub and walk-in shower in the master were great! Lots of storage and room! We loved the chaise lounges in the bedrooms. The deck was fantastic - plenty of room for a large family and adequate seating for all - and the grill and firepit table were nice extras. The beach views from the two front bedrooms and living/dining/kitchen areas were unbeatable. The gulfviews from the deck and the pool were also fabulous. We loved having the private pool. We were the only family there during our stay, so it was very private. We had to go down the beach and request beach service (chairs, umbrellas) since after Labor Day but they were more than accommodating. The beach service and parasail crew were very nice and helpful. Super place to stay! If the owners add a hot tub by the pool, it will be absolute perfection.

When we arrived, we were able to go straight to the condo. No hassles with keys. The condo was clean and had the initial things we needed. We absolutely loved the location. It was somewhat private but still just a block from all kinds of activities and restaurants. It was so
nice to be so close to the beach. The view from our condo was beautiful. There wasn't a blender in the kitchen which would have been nice. The grill on the patio could be cleaned. Other than that, it was wonderful. We hope to go again next year! Thanks for the memories. -

This was my second stay in this condo, which is more expensive than the others. Decor is getting very tacky, only one shower head working in bathroom ,toiletpaper holder fell off in another , dishwasher not working a hardship in our case as friends rent the ajoining condo and we are the dinner place so we had the option of paper plates or washing a lot of dishes. My son in law fixed the broken grill as we cook out every night.
I love the complex of condos but will look elsewhere next year probably.Response from Southern Vacation Rentals - 07/14/2012

The Bel air #3 was very different than what we were used to in other condos, very roomy and everything was as promised. The furnishings we great, very clean when we arrived. Convenience to stores, restaurants and shopping was surprising. We are long time visitors to PCB and this is the nicest condo we have stayed in. Will definitely be back.

This was exactly the private, homey atmosphere we were looking for, graced with elegance! Spacious and comfortable, this home had everything we needed and room to spare! We were traveling with two teens, a 'tween, and a toddler, and we could not have found a more perfect fit for our family. The pool was right beneath the monstrous deck; part of the deck was shady most of the day, which was a blessing; and the view was obviously phenomenal! The *only* drawback was that the doors were far too easy for our 2-year-old to open! Many, many thanks to the owners for opening up their home!
