Service by Blue Sun was excellent.Request and maintenance problems were addressed and fixed the same day.Direct access to Blue Sun.
Unit was very clean,clean bedding and linnen.Kitchen was well stocked.Great balcony with furniture
Sliding glass door to balcony needs new rollers.Difficult to slide.
Although furniture was in excellent condition,we felt too many pieces of furniture (too many chairs)
Closets in master bedroom and quest bedroom did not have any clothe hangers(except for 3 or 4 flimsy wire hangers).Had to buy a number of plastic hangers.
The 2 storage units ( not Pantry ) were used by the owner one was locked the other full of stuff from the owner.For the rest it was a lovely unit.
Location is not within walking distance of pier park.
We received feedback from friends and family that it was usually difficult or were unable to get connected to the unit by phone as phone is answered by Wyndham personel and connection is usually lost.
Emerald Beach Resort sign is hardly visible on building Wyndham Resort is the prominant sign.Somewhat confusing upon arrival. -

Very well furnished, full kitchen, clean towels supplied, washer dryer, spacious for 3 adults & 3 children, beautiful Master bedroom overlooking the ocean. When you are planning your trip bring aluminum foil, cling wrap, coffee filters. The owners supplied initial toliet paper bathroom soaps & shampoo, kitchen towel. The kitchen was stocked with good pots & pans, a lot of silver ware, cooking utensils, pyrex dishes, various glasses, excellent stove, microwave. This is the best stocked condo that I have stayed in. They have a beautiful verandah that we utilized every night.
