Celadon Beach Resort is the newest condo tower located at the most western end of the beach. It is about 1 mile west of the new Pier Park and less than 10 minutes from the new airport. The resort boasts 1 pool overlloking the gulf, a 2nd pool that is an indoor/outdoor pool, a state of the art work out facility, onsite bbq grills, tennis court, covered parking garage and walkover breezeway connecting to Condo Tower. Our unit is located on the 5th floor overlooking the emerald green waters and sugary white sand of the gulf of Mexico. Overall, this is a nice condo. Not enough elevators for the amount of condos and the pools aren't the easiest things to get to. We eventually got the hang of parking in the deck across the street and bebopping across the walkway to our condo (203) and the staff could NOT have been nicer! We were there the weekend of Memorial Day and the week following so we knew it would be more crowded than normal. Very clean resort, all in all. Our condo was very basic... no carpet, old furniture, very uncomfortable mattress in our room but we're not always there for the condo... we're usually there for the beach! It's quite a drive from Celadon to most of the restaurants & Walmart, but it's very close to Paradise Bar & Grill and to Mikes (breakfast) and also to Boars Head Restaurant & Tavern (one of my all time favorite places to eat!!!). There was no wifi in our room - I wasn't expecting it since it wasn't advertised when we rented it, but I didn't have much cell phone coverage. That made it difficult but not impossible to stay connected with my family back home. All in all, it was all right... nothing to shout about. The resort itself is nice enough, but our condo was in dire need of an update. Very nice staff, though.

This is not our unit, I don't understand why it is posted at our property. We have a top of the line mattress on the bed, wi fi in the unit and it is decorated very nice. Please see the pictures of our unti, number 506.

This condo is privately owned and we rented from the owner. This has been a great place to stay - quiet, family friendly clean! The two pools are great one under the resort on the ocean side and the other in the parking area accross the street. Clean! Really hate to leave not just because its a vacation. This place is nice. Met several owners and if I had the funds I would buy a unit and stay too. If you are looking for a wild time then you need to say someplace else or you have to drive to it. We are in a one bedroom with two bunkbends in the hall area - each room is big so you don't feel enclosed. Well, worth your time looking at this property to rent or own.
