We won't be staying there again! Didn't like the long waits for the elevators, sometimes 15 to 20 minutes. We were also told that every room must have an adult of at least 25 years in it and would estimate 15 to 20 percent of the rooms were filled with high school kids with no adult supervision. Our room was clean and nice, but we had no internet service while in our room and had to go out on the entrance balcony to get service.

The condo was nice but needs some "sprucing up". The carpet needs clean and the sliding glass door track was dirty, as well as the bottom of the kitchen trash can. The rental agency said if I would have let them know earlier in the week, they have come and corrected the problems. The furnishings and decorating was pretty. Wouldn't mind staying there again if it is "spruced up". The location was great for everything, eating, shopping,& visiting family.

This unit was dirty and carpets in family room so filthy you did not dare go barefoot. There were crumbs, salt and round rings of sticky stuff on kitchen table! There appeared to b a spot of dried blood on the green curtain in one of the bedrooms??:( Yuck! There were no blankets for the pull out couch ; & u were only allowed one towel per person for the entire week; no hand towels. And would cost extra to receive more towels . Sand and dirt in dresser drawers-- was just Disgusting.. Will Never Stay With This Company or Unit again!!! Beware...& we go to PCB every yr..view was nice!

the condo was very nice. the beds were the best part of all. great mattress in both rooms. only down side of trip was spring breakers., way to many young people after Feburary. would rent again but not March!!!

We have stayed at the majestic condominiums for the past 4 years and have always been satisfied with the accommodations there! We always come spring break and have been very fortunate we have always had good weather; however, this year the weather was perfect! i love booking through Southern Resorts. They give me a much better rate and I love the combinations for the doors. I even locked myself once and could not remember the code and within 15 minutes Southern Resorts had me a new code and I was back in my room ! Thanks for a great time! See ya next year!

The rental unit was lovely but was smaller than expected. Majestic was a disappointment. Elevators were a nightmare.Wait time was not acceptable. Getting to the beach was difficult. The steps from beach back to hotel were too high for bottom step. I fell twice and lost a toenail after I returned home. Enjoyed the beach and view was terrific. Great vacation but will not go back to Majestic.

The condo is located directly on the strip as with the numerous others. Great view of the ocean from the balcony.The bedrooms were small in that it was difficult to differentiate the master from the other bedroom--perhaps there was no master. Both bedrooms had double beds-great for my daughter, felt like me and hubby were in a constant wrestling match for space. Too close to elevator-very noisy at night. On vacation who wants to make own bed and do dishes. No housekeeping service. Also had to take out own trash. This should be mentioned in the particulars. Guests at hotel had cheaper amenities than if you rent directy from an owner which is what we did. Only one set of bath linen- so had to wash them. Hotel staff were not the friendliest-perhaps some classes in customer service would benefit them. Customer service is very important especially in an economy such as now. The beach was poorly maintained and people left personal items on the beach every night. I have never seen such. Parking was located across the street in another building, so if you wanted to drive to shop or whatever, you had to walk a distance to get to your vehicle, at least it was indoors. For the price we paid, could have stayed in Destin at a much nicer place with greater amenities. The arcade that was advertised was merely a small room with not enough to entertain a 2 year old. I had never been to Panama City Beach before and definitely will not return. Destin is much better as are the hotels. Beaches are cleaner. Definitely would not recommend this hotel, unless you don't mind the noise and the lack of cleanliness. If you do go, the best part of the trip was the fishing cruise for my husban, Sharky's seafood restaurant-they outdid themselves the wait was worth it,and last but not least Pier Park is great for shopping just don't do it until the sun goes down, too hot to walk. This shopping plaza is open not a mall.

We were all very excited to go to PCB for our first time and unfortunately were not happy with our stay. When we first arrived at the condo, the keys didn't work and we were locked out. The reception at the towers did not help because they are not affiliated with the condo. They said we don't even exist in their system. The next day, someone came and dropped off a few keys but only for us to be locked out twice more. We went out one night and came back very late only to be stuck outside. We were tired and angry and then it happened again. So i do not recommend this place. Just pay a few more bucks and stay somewhere else instead. We will.

I stayed at Majestic in Panama City and I have a complaint about the beds. We were told that we had queen size beds and both beds were full size . Overall the condo was very nice and clean

We loved our stay at the Majestic Towers. The view from our condo was beautiful. We had a problem with one of the chairs and it was taken care of in a timely manner. It was nice to have the choice of places to swim. There is an indoor pool and two outdoor pools, a baby pool and of course, the gulf. The only downfall was there were no darkening shades or drapes in the bedrooms. The lights on the outside stay on all night. We made do with beach towels to block out the light. Otherwise it was the perfect place to stay.

We had a great time at the resort. It was Spring Break, so there were a lot of loud teenagers on the beach and the strip in front of the resort, but that's to be expected. The resort did an excellent job of keeping out people who were not booked to stay there. The beach was beautiful, the pools were beautiful, the property overall was very well kept. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo exceeded our expectations. It was immaculately cleaned prior to our arrival and everything you needed (ie, toaster, blender, hair drier, iron and iron board) was supplied in the condo. We will definitely come back to this resort on our next vacation.
