Very good location, a super Walmart was close and food places. But check in was not as "easy" as i was told by the first lady on the phone. A couple of the beds, the mattresses needed replaced. i had a "suppose to" be 10 person room, but really only maybe 7 or 8 should have stayed. But i also had 6 teenage boys with me. The heated pool was nice.

I would rate this condo a 3 on a 1-5 scale. Who ever owns it needs to put some money into it and get it in better shape. The floor to ceiling windows in all three bedrooms and the living room where fogged up and cloudy from the seals being broken.(and it has some awesome views too). The dryer in the efficency side of the condo did not work at all. Although basically clean when you looked close their was a layer of dirt on the paneled doors, and in all corners where there was tile floor. I had to go out and purchase a new shower curtain for the masterbath as the one in place had mold growth on it up at least 13 inches all along the bottom, how this could have been overlooked by the people cleaning the place in beyond me?? Above the mirror in the MBath a one inch piece of the wall had not been painted at all---carpet could use a good cleaning and appliances updated. The porch furniture was cheap, and the tables paint worn off from the salt exposure. No light above the dining room table was crazy also, how do you eat at night without an overhead light---their solution apparently was to use the floor lamp that they had positioned near it (or maybe that was a prior renters solution). It could be a very nice place and is okay but could be awesome with some TLC.

When we arrived at the airport we were supposed to be notified by cell no. for the unit code. We did not get a call & were stranded outside the building with our luggage & couldn't get into condo. After numerous calls trying to get thru I got an answering machine left message no one called me back cost me money as I had to use my Canada cell phone. I finally went to the security guard he used his phone & got thru to Vickie at Best Beach she went & got the code for me. When we arrived at the unit there was no internet service we were told that there was brought my laptop to Florida. Had to to McDonald's to use it. The dryer wasn't working & the drain in one of the bedrooms in tub was blocked. But Maintance came in right away to fix the problem. The tapes in the Masterbedroom & effiency unit in the sink linked. We were interrupted 3 times by real estate agents who entered our unit as the condo was up for sale & they had no idea that it was rented for the month of Feb. The view was fabulous.

When we arrived we found several things in need of repair. The back master bedroom door would not close due to the metal plate on the doorframe being missing. A bed was broken due to a busted box spring. Several dresser drawers were unable to close completely or function properly.the screen door on the patio would not close. Two broken chairs on the patio, one was very unsafe,and the blinds were in such bad shape you could barely touch them without pieces falling off. I know atleast two DVD players didn't work. My children which stayed in the front room were disappointed because they couldn't see the ocean due to terribly fogged windows. I called the company to give them the list which I still haven't heard back from, it's been 9 days!
On a better note, we picked this condo because we love the Longbeach complex and it's location! -

Not happy with how we found the condo - dirty when we arrived with scuffed walls, filty carpert, many missing window blind slats (so there was no sleeping late this vacation), tubs filty and used soap found in the bathroom! We have stayed at many condos on PCB - love Long Beach best, but will not rent this unit again.

The rental property was nice, but it had several things that could be improved. We did not have any internet service. There were no overhead lights in the dining area ~ just two lamps in the living area. The bedrooms also only had lamps. We felt like we were in the dark a good bit of the time. Most of the blinds were broken so the morning light was not blocked very well.
