Great unit however the bed is not very comfortable and they don't use fitted sheets - so they kept coming off the bed. Patio furniture was missing cushions on several chairs so they were useless to us. Those are two small items, but we still had a nice time.

The outside of the property was beautiful! The pool and hot tub were awesome, just make sure you go in July or August because pool was not heated. The inside of the room needed TLC and the beds were horrible. Comparitively, the outside was gorgeous the inside was middle of the road.

balcony doors don't lock,apt poorly maintained. Light fixture broken and globe missing. Only one Swimming pool in use and not informed when reservation made. Beach was beautiful when there was sun.

We have been going to Panama City for years and have stayed in this condo before but this was the worse place I have ever seen and best beach getway would not do anything about it not even return my calls after one day. They sent someone to clean the couch and chair, which did nothing for the rest of the place, then we could not stay in the room for the smell was so bad & you had no where to sit because it was we, the dinning tale chairs was filthy you could not sit on them. There was even a dead bug on the end table and I was told we could not get in early because they were waiting for it to be cleaned, I told them they needed to fire the cleaning people. You could not even open the door from the bedroom to go on the balcony, The door from the living room was really hard to open if you were lucky eneough to get it open. We left our stuff in our suite case. We took our food up to the 10 th floor where our kids were staying. I washed sheets and put on the couch and chair to sit on. The linnen had bbg in black ink on all. This situation ruinned our vacation, but the worse part was they would not even try to do anything to make it better. Then after two days not even call me back an you should see the light fixture over the dinning table three rods hanging from the ceiling with three small light bulbs with only two working. Celing tile with holes in them. This was so bad they should have refunded our money or given us another vacation free because they ruined this one for us. My advice is never rent from them. We never will again.

Over all the condo was great.The kitchen could have had a little more things to cook with but most ppl dont cook while there. The downfall is no internet service!This would be a big pluss for the place to where most ppl do so much on it now had to go else where to do so.

the bedroom sliding glass door would not close all the way. you could not lock it. the patio chairs were missing a few cushions.there was no stopper for the bath tub.
