The living area is beautiful . There’s a oversize queen sleeper that’s perfectly positioned so that you can either catch the gulf views or enjoy the flat panel TV with plenty of viewing options. This recently updated décor is stylish beach and very comfortable.

The dining area offers plenty of seating for the whole family. And, it’s an easy step to the full service kitchen that’s fully equipped with everything you need to grab a snack or whip up a gourmet meal for the family.

The MASTER SUITE is stunning. From the KING bed you can enjoy a wonderful view of the gulf or watch television while you’re relaxing after the day’s adventure. The MASTER BATH offers a jetted garden tub and a separate shower so you have your choice.

  We have used this rental property company before and they are very courteous and helpful. The room was very clean and nice. The main issue that we had was that the beds were very hard. Also, the oven did not work and it took all week to get it fixed. The rental company had someone out to inspect within a few hours, but it took several days to get an appliance repair person out and then the part had to be ordered. Once I called the property management back and told them about the delay and requested a toaster oven, they had one delivered within a few hours. Overall, we had a great week.

  The condo was very nice,clean,and the view of the beach was wonderful!! But the elevators were a nightmare and would keep me from renting here again!! I only interacted with the staff at the desk once and she was rude and not much help,she acted like I was bothering her..We talked to two of the sec guards and they were very nice(older man and a woman),but one afternoon my daughter and I were waiting for a elevator and a sec officer came huffing and puffing by us,we could tell he was very mad at someone,and it didnt take long to see what he was so mad at..Someone had put a water bottle in one of the emergency exit doors so it would stay open and they could go back up the stairs( the way the elevators are all stair exits should be available)instead of him bending down and picking it up he kicked it very hard and never bothered to pick it up..good thing no one was standing there or the bottle would have hit them,he acted awful and it was uncalled for!!! The first day we were there the stairs from the 4th floor were locked,so we had no choice but to wait 30 min for elevator!!I thought all emergency exits had to be unlocked?? Awful phone service and wifi.
