This condo located at the Sunbird, a beautiful, well maintained, gated beachfront complex. The perfect place for a family vacation or a romantic get away. The unit has a spacious floor plan (largest at Sunbird) and is located on the 10th floor with a wonderful view of the beach and gulf from your balcony.
Sunbird has 3 pools and one is heated. The condo is located on Thomas Dr, walking distance to restaurants, night spots, shopping & Walmart. There are several golf courses near by. Many family activities are very close such as Ripleys, Wonderworks, Shipwreck Island, mini golf and amusement rides.

Everything was as promised from Mrs.Brenda Hicks. We are a family of five and thought we would be cramped but we were all very comfy:) We had a great view of the Golf and a wonderful stay. Just don't do like i did and buy paper plates and cups. Mr. and Mrs. Hicks had plenty!

The view from this balcony is worth the stay. The grounds are terrific and gated. The condo is very well furnished with anything you would need. A mixer for baking a cake, a blender for cool refreshing drinks, and more. We will return to this condo!! The owners are great to work with and have an awesome condo. In one word...Perfect!!!

We had a nice time! It was convienent to shopping and resturants. The bed slept very well! It was clean and comfortable. The decorations in the condo were a little dated but we certainly had everything we needed. Brenda was excellent to work with. If we get to Panama city again, we will definitely be in touch.

We stayed at the Sunbird at panama city beach fl. Thanks to Don and Brenda Hicks we had the best time of our life. We have been married for 28 years and I have never seen the ocean. Brenda had made our stay very pleasant. Everything was their for us. From towels to dishes and tv, movies you name it. We had beach front view and everything at our fingertips. Walking distance to alot of restraunts and walmart for your every need. They made sure our stay was good. As a matter of fact we already have the condo book for June this year to take our kids.

This condo is exactly as described, and is clean and very well kept. The location is right in the middle of everything you want to get to...Wal-Mart, shops, dining, fun and games...etc... It offers a spectacular view and a beautiful white sand beach. Brenda and Don are wonderfully pleasant and helpful people, and, are very easy to deal with. We truly enjoyed our 2-month stay here, and, we look forward to returning again next year.

From the moment i contacted the owners of the condo i stayed in until when i returned back home everything has been exactly what a vacation should be,relaxing. When we first arrived the staff was very helpful with bringing our luggage and groceries up. When we walked into the room we were in awe! It was beautiful! The whole back wall was windows looking out onto the beautiful beach and pool; The balcony was a great size too! The location of the complex was perfect! Right by many popular restaurants,hotels,walmart, and the night life! Everywhere we needed to go was a walkable distance. For having 5 girls in a one bedroom condo i was a bit nervous but it turned out to work perfectly! Everyone had comfortable sleeping arrangements and enough space for our clothes,shoes,hygiene products,etc. I could go on for hours regarding what a great time we had! The overall experience was unreal and i would definitely recommend renting from Brenda Hicks!
