Our Beach Front Condo is located on the 3rd Floor at Celadon Beach Resort. It has 2-bedrooms an additional bunk room and 2-full size bathrooms.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, along with a large walk-in closet. The master bath connects to the bedroom, and the beach side balcony can also be accessed from the master bedroom. It is also equipped with a Flat Panel 32" TV for your viewing pleasure.

This is our second year renting from Brian and Dixie. And, just like last year,they were so accommodating to us. The condo was perfect and it was nicely decorated. We had enough room for our family and the friends the kids took. We didn't even have to worry about beach chairs because they were there for us! The location of the condo is perfect. We were in the midst of a family friendly area and it was quiet and peaceful the entire time. The condo was exceptionally clean when we arrived and we immediately felt at home. Our favorite part was the location of the condo in the building (Floor 3 and center beach). We were also close enough to drive to Pier Park and we also took a day and traveled over to Seaside and shopped. The only recommendation we have is that we wished it had more table lighting at night. Other than that, I would rent from Brian and Dixie anytime! I would also recommend anyone who asked me to rent from them!

An awesome location and beautiful condo. We were lucky to have stumbled across this place in a last minute effort to relocate our vacation away from the Outer Banks due to Hurrican Irene to a place with plenty of sun and surf. We found this place and the owner was very helpful, getting back to me immediately with my last minute request to reserve the condo. There were many attractions near by, and the beaches are beautiful! We will definitely keep this on our list of places to come back to.

Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. we had a wonderful time and your home is great. The views are wonderful and well beyond what we were expecting. we appreciate your quick response to replace the coffee maker and for the gift card to Starbucks. Looking forward to another visit, As you recall we wanted to stay extra day but were disappointed it was not open. Thanks for making our vacation memories special as were traveling with our son and grandchildren.

This was the first time that I took my two young kids to the beach and couldn't have stayed at a better condo! It was very clean, well taken care of and so much room! There were 5 of us all together and we had more than enough room, we also had plenty of dishes and towels. I also had friends staying in their other condo at the same time and one of their beach chairs broke and when he wrote the owners Brain and Dixie an email letting them know about it they had maintance put a brand new beach chair in their room the same day. I thought that was really great that Brian and Dixie replaced the chair since our concern was that they may take it out of their deposit but that wasn't the case at all!!! I would defiantly recommend to friends and family, we had a blast!!!

My family stayed at Brian and Dixie's condo over Spring Break and had a wonderful experience. Dealing with Brian and Dixie was very easy and they were very responsive. The condo was very spacious and in excellent condition. It had everything that we needed and was in a great location. We are definitely going to rent from them again next year.

The unit was better than described, very clean with comfortable beds and an astounding view of the gulf. The owners were very responsive to any questions or concerns and pleasant to interact with. The location couldn't be any better and the amenities both from the owners and the condo were above expectations. We loved the whole experience and hated to leave. Would definitely recommend this unit to anyone wanting a great vacation.
