We a had a great month long stay at Ocean Villa. The condo was beautiful. Every furnishing is like an upgrade in a home. The view is always spectacular even in a rainstorm !!! The kitchen is fully furnished and the condo is very tastefully decorated. We felt very comfortable and pampered in the very clean, well kept condo. We never thought to ask about beach chair availability in the off season. We are bicycle riders so we enjoyed the many trails available in the area. It is so private on the balcony that you think you are in a secluded home. The maintenance guys are friendly and very helpful. We would love to come back. The white sand beaches are beautiful and the emerald green water cannot be beat. The panhandle has the most beautiful beaches in all of Florida. There is so much to see and do in this area and this condo is in a great location. Once you learn to stay off Front Beach Road and learn the side streets getting around PCB is a breeze in any season. Anyone who wants to feel pampered and safe in a rental unit should consider this condo. It is beautiful, staff is friendly, security is always present, and parking is secured. We have stayed in many cities in Florida, but Panama City Beach is our favorite.

We had a great time at this immaculate condo. Everything you need is provided! Beautiful view from the balcony! Plenty of activities on the property! Swimming pool and sauna are bath tub warm! Will be back!

10 out of 10 in all areas! The accommodations are exceptional, even down to the pots and pans. Quality hits you in the face as soon as you walk in. The furnishings and decor are beautiful. Rainy days are not an issue here, because staying in is so nice. And of course, the view speaks for itself. Very few resorts have the huge curved balcony that you find here. The panoramic view is unequaled any where we've ever stayed. There are 4 recliners, a table and 4 chairs out there, and you still have enough room to move around freely. Our most favorite spot to get away for some R&R.; Well maintained, well kept, very clean. You will not be disappointed.

Made our airline reservations to PCB and then began the search for accommodations. When I ran across Karan's condo, I knew I found where I wanted to stay. E-mail communications began and Karan was always quick to respond and provided me with all the information I requested. The condo is beautiful -- even what I would consider upscale. Three flat screen Tv's, well equipped kitchen, brand new carpeting throughout. The balcony had a table with four chairs and also two chaise loungers. The view from the balcony was breathtaking! Binoculars were provided to watch the dolphins, pelicans and sailboats. Without a doubt, having the opportunity to stay at this condo played a large part in a very enjoyable get away for our family. You won't regret making the decision to stay here and, after you do, you will put it on your return list for years to come!

Just returned from a relaxing "girls vacation" at Emerald Oasis. It was an absolutely perfect week. The condo was even better than described. It was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. The owners were wonderful to work with and answered my many emails promptly, often within minutes. The special touches were so appreciated and surprising, from the cute animal towels to the beach bag with two new beach towels! Without any hesitation, I would certainly stay there again. The only bad part was having to pack up and leave at the weeks end. Thank you again for sharing your wonderful home.

Karan and John's home away from home is just awesome. Beautiful home on the 21st floor and the view is breath taking and you will not be disappointed, no way! Plenty of near by restaurants and bars and fun things to do and there is always something going on! A must visit vacation; Just perfect!

Well what can I say? Well let's start with the owners. They are the best I have ever had dealings with. They treat you like a person and not just a renter. They care about you all the way down to the time you checked in. Now let's talk about the condo. Well I can not say anything bad about this place. This was my second trip to the condo and working with this owner. I stayed for a week in September and I knew then I would be back and would only stay here. I contacted the owner and ask if they would rent for a month. They first were going to be there the same time I wanted the unit. I was contacted and the unit was open. I stayed the whole month. I can't say how much I relaxed and how nice this place is. They views are more than you can take. The whole unit has everything you will need to make a short trip or long trip the best. Bed's are great you will sleep like a baby. Comfront level is a 10 in the beds and the living area. Sitting on the balcony is the best. Plenty of room for a family or just a couple. You are close to all the stores you need, and places to eat. 2 Pools and a Hot tub on the property. Everyone I have met while on the first of this trip and this trip has been very nice. I would tell anyone looking for a place that is priced right and has everything you need. You better grab it while you can. It should book up. As for getting your security deposit back, That is not an issue. If you take care of the place you will have a fast return. I look forward to my next trip and I know my Mom is looking forward to the trip I am booking for her. I would not send her anywhere but with this owner. Thank you Karan and john for making my trips to PCB special and enjoyable. I look forward to coming back. Again if you are looking I would pick this place you will not regret staying here.

Wow! What can I say about this condo.
Fully furnished with top of the line ameinites. Very quiet and private. Great 180 degree views of beach and ocean on extra large balcony on 21st floor. Located near restaurants and activities. I would recomend this place to anyone looking for a top of the line experience for a great price.
I guarantee you won't want to leave and go back home.

This one is a bargain at any price. It is located on the 21st floor with a large deck overlooking a clean,white,sugar sand beach with crystal clear water with shades of green and blue. The unit is well maintained and completely furnished as if to invite one to stay long term. The location of this condo can't be beat. It is within walking distance to several attractions for the young folks and young at heart. It is within walking distance to some convenience stores as well as WalMart. It is also within a minimum taxi ride to several restaurants. We are well traveled and my wife and I rate this beach as the best that we have ever experienced; Even better that at our condo in Belize or in other parts of the world that we have visited eg., Guam, Hawaii, Panama Ca, Costa Rica, Cayman Islands, etc. It's the best.

The Ocean Villa was a phenomenal place! I loved my time there. Many mornings I watched dolphins frolic in the water below. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. White sugar sand and emerald green waters are enough to take me back again and again. The condo was beautifully decorated and quite roomy. I felt pampered. The grounds were well maintained, the pools clean and warm. I can't wait to share this place with my family in a couple of months.
Pier Park is the nearby shopping meca. Don't miss a trip there. So much for everyone to enjoy. I stayed for a few hours but could have spent the day there. When I go back this summer, I am looking forward to taking my family to Ripley's Believe It or Not and Wonder Works, both very close by.
In response to the previous post, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. There is nothing worse than having a vacation ruined by loud, obnoxious, rowdy neighbors. Spending any tiime during Spring Break weeks in Florida pretty much guarantees exposure to college age partiers. What I loved about this place is that they ensure your stay is not any less enjoyable than it would be any other time of the year. If you think you will stay there and party hard with your college drinking buddies, you might want to think again. They make no qualms about evicting inconsiderate, rude guests. I noticed signs in the elevator warning guests should they choose to become disrespectful of others. I appreciate knowing that there are high standards of behavior expected here. Its only common courtesy that one respect the rights and priviliges of others. However, I have been places where it was not enforced. I take comfort in knowing I can return in June with my family and that my children will not be exposed to situations I'd rather they not be. Such a great place!
