Front Beach Road and R Jackson Blvd. Edgewater Beach Resort is in the very center of Panama City Beach. Ours is a Tower 3 end unit , east of the Lagoon Pool closest to "the world's most beautiful beach"
Edgewater is across the street from the Shoppes of Edgewater and Alvin's Island Tropical Gift Shop, two blocks from Breakfast Point Publix, less than two miles from Shipwreck Island Water Park, only five minutes from Gulf World Marine Park and only 4.5 miles from Pier Park.

The condo was perfect. There was room for everyone to share time together or be alone. We did not have many complaints about the condo itself just small things such as burnt out light bulbs, little things. There is pretty much everything you need if you decide to cook. Our complaints had to do with the resort itself not the condo or the owner. Parking was a nightmare.Price of chairs & umbrellas were unreal for 5 of us so we bought chairs and umbrellas at walmart and did just fine with those. The unit had enough chairs for us all sit on the balcony and watch the sunset.We would stay again just because the condo was so comfortable, it was quite at our end both during the day and at night. I would rate everything wonderful with the exception of parking. There is an iron & ironing board and tons of closet space too. The owners take pride in their unit and it shows. We arrived late and the key and info was in the mail box as stated, check out was a breeze and the gentleman at the counter was very nice. If checking out at the resort you would have had a long wait, everyone was checking out when we left. Despite the few things with the resort we would recommend this unit because it is so nice and for the most part private.

Everything was neat and clean. Very nicely decorated. Very spacious and a great view. The only problem I had was the wired Internet was not functioning for the week we were there. It was serious problem for me because I needed to stay in touch with work. Our Pcbr agent arranged for us to have Wifi access which was a helpful, but difficult to access. Enjoyed the trip overall.

Beautiful, Beautiful, beautiful! Beautiful view of the gulf. Beautiful amenities on the property. Beautiful furnishing in the condo. Sure, there’s always something “wrong”, but beautiful is the best word I can use to describe my family’s recent stay at the Edgewater Resort in Panama City Beach.
Our condo is a privately held unit managed through Panama City FL Resorts and is located in Tower 3 of the Edgewater Resort. Check-in was smooth; the unit was readied as promised and … was it ever clean. The bathroom fixtures date back a bit, but clean is an excellent description of the whole unit. Beautifully furnished, all the amenities that anyone could ask for, including a formal, glass top dining table. Large, comfortable beds, spacious bed and bathrooms, and a family-size living room. No, you’re not wanting for much in this unit, especially with a full-size washer and dryer.
Still, there are those annoying little things…. Condo living is not hotel living. No daily house cleaning service. If you don’t do it, it doesn’t get done. The daily laundry chore was just like at home. Sweep, vacuum, wash dishes, just like at home. I guess most of all - remember to bring toilet paper, dish and laundry soaps, and trash bags (made a second trip to get those). Wal-Mart, Publix and Winn Dixie are all close, so buying these necessities is easy.
