"The Pleasant Palm" is a beautiful two bedroom, two bath deluxe, end unit condominium on the 7th floor of Tidewater Beach Resort. Amenities, Beauty and Comfort combine in this attractive luxury condo. The living room is furnished with a leather sofa and two leather recliners, floor to ceiling windows, 52" flat screen television with surround sound and a stereo system. The kitchen is large with granite counter tops and an extra large breakfast bar and opens to the living room. Step out onto the balcony for beach views and to monitor all the action going on in one of the two beach front lagoon style pools.There is also a beautiful heated indoo...r pool plus his and hers steam rooms.

The master suite has on suite 3 piece bath, 4 poster bed, flat screen television and a nice view from the window. There is a 43 inch flat screen television in the master bedroom.

The attractive guest bath off the hall between the Master suite and the 2nd bedroom has a convenient, walk in shower. That queen size suite is furnished with Coastal Chic decor, offers over head, task and natural light from the large window. Guests will enjoy the comfort and privacy of this bedroom. There is an additional queen size bed available so six people can comfortably share the condo.

"The Pleasant Palm" at Tidewater Beach Resort also has a Boise stereo systerm , dvd player, washer and dryer and wifi.

One of the nice features of "The Pleasant Palm " is it's location in the building. 7th floor is high enough to enjoy great views but far enough to avoid the noise of the pools. The end unit provides the amazing windows, the west end of the unit means you can sit on the balcony or in the living room with drapes open to enjoy the spectacular daily show as the sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. Also, with the end unit there is less traffic and more serenity outside the door. There is an elevator within 30 feet of the front door. This elevator is pratically hidden from all but the 00, 01 and 02 units making it much less crowded. The longer wait times of high traffic periods are rarely an issue for The Pleaant Palm. Tidewater has a gated, covered parking garage, pedestrian bridge, 2 lagoon style pools, hot tub, exercise facility, game room, cafe, theatre, Liza's Kitchen restaurant,

kiddie pool, beach services available in front of the resort, DVD rentals in the lobby, several hotspots in the building plus two desk tops available for your use in the lobby.

Tidewater is within walking distance of Pier Park and the County Pier. practically across the street from the resort is a McDonalds, Arby's, and a convenience store.

Winn Dixie Grocery, CVS Drug Store, Package Store and a fresh seafood market are less than a mile from Tidewater Beach Resort. Memories are made during vacation.
