This Leeward condominium, Tropical Winds, is a delightful retreat from the cares and worries of everyday life. Situated, beach front on the 110 acre Edgewater Beach Resort, in the midrise building known as The Leeward, this charming two bedroom, two bath condominium will welcome you to a tropical oasis. As you enter the condominium, you will be impressed by the cool tropical colors, the comfortable furnishings, the fantastic view and the spacious ambiance that surrounds you.

The King size master suite is private and relaxing. It has been done in t...he soft tropical pinks of the evening sun. The king size bed is comfortable, the separate bath comes with a Grecian style tub for soaking. The second bedroom comes furnished with a pair of twin sized beds, private entry to the second full bath, ample storage space for personal wardrobe and cable television. The kitchen is airy, open and bright. In addition to a fully equipped, modern kitchen, the owners have finished the kitchen with custom cabinets. There is more than enough counter space, including the large breakfast bar where assistant cooks and friends can sit and discuss the events of the

day.

The dining room offers a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Guests can sit and dine in comfort while watching the dolphins, tropical shore birds and the many beach activities going on right outside the window. The living room is large and provides excellent viewing of the pink, yellow, purple and blue of the setting sun. The sofa is a sleeper. The living room is comfortable and roomy. Tropical Wind is equipped with three cable televisions, DVD, VCR, stereo, free local telephone calls and a washer and dryer.
