"Gulf Trio" at Sterling Breeze Resort is exquisite yet as simple as A-B-C. Discerning guests, desiring the best will be pleased with "Gulf Trio" because they will find it provides the A-B-C of a luxury beach resort.

Amenities (inside and out), Beauty (profressionally decorated), Convenience (amazing beach front, 3rd floor end unit,less than a mile from Pier Park). Checking in is easy, leaving may be more of a challenge.

The amenities include: HDTV, flat screens in the livingroom and every bedroom, DVD/CD players, Wifi,

an assortment of popular reading material, area and regional guides,local color cookbooks and chidlren's... toys. There is a private grill on the corner balcony. Resort amenities include: exercise room, game room, beach side bar/cafe serving refreshments and ice cold beverages, pool side television where guests can enjoy a beer and some great FSU football, we don't discrimate and you may even hear someone cheering Roll TIde!, Additional amenities include: beach side zero entry pool, hot tubs, sauna,BBQ area, The firepit is a favorite place to sit around with family and friends during the evenings by the beach, covered parking with walk over pedestrian bridge. "Gulf Trio" is a 3rd floor unit so guests can ride up and walk down to burn off some of those game calories without too much effort.

Beauty is obvious when you enter, "Gulf Trio". The beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bath, 1675 sf, third floor condo provides a comfortable bed for ten with a King size, beach front master suite, a queen size guest suite and down the hall (kids love having their privacy too) the third bedroom is equipped with two sets of hardwood bunk beds and one of the four flat screen, HDTVs. The queen size sleeper sofa is in the living room. There are 3 full baths, the master suite bath is large with jetted tub, oversized seamless shower stall and luxury details.

The kitchen's intelligent, open design, modern appiances and size ensures that at least two can share KP for every meal without being separated from family and friends hanging out in the dining room and beach front living room. The dining room and granite breakfast bar provide seating for ten.

The beach front, 3rd floor balcony that may be accessed from the Master suite or the living room offers great views of the beach with the Pier to the east and amazing sunsets to the west. Cook out on your private gas grill and dine alfresco, Wake up early and watch the beach come to life as pelicans glide by enroute to their daily posts or hold hands with someone special as you share a few quiet moments enjoying the mesmerizing beauty of the sunsetting over the Gulf of Mexico.

  I have stayed at many locations at Panama City Beach and this was the best by far!! Since this is a corner unit and on the third floor it was like my own private beach. I was able to see the sunrise and sunset. It was perfect for my family as with three bedrooms we had our own room, my parents had their own room and the kids had their own room. The kids were excited about the bunk beds. I will be returning every year!!
