The world's most beautiful beach and "Beach Breeze" at EBR is a great place to be.

"Beach Breeze" is a beautiful, well maintained, beach front, two bedroom, two bath condominium on the second floor of The Leeward at Edgewater Beach Resort. Come, relax and enjoy the finer things available on "the world's most beautiful beach" as our guests staying in "Beach Breeze".

New furniture, flat screen high definition televisions, updated kitchen, new linens and a new attitude are some of the many things our guests can enjoy. Of course, the main attraction is the beach. The expansive views from the floor to ceiling glass in the living room a...nd dining room of this second floor unit provide breath taking vistas. Dine out on the private balcony or relax as sunrise or sunset cast their tropical spell on you.

The Master suite has recently been furnished with a king size bed, matching dresser and bedside tables. Indirect , natural or overhead lighting is available depending on your needs and desire. The master has been decorated in updated, tropical colors. Convenience is assured with private television with DVD player and a recently refurbished Grecian style tub in the private bath.

The second bedroom is furnished with oversized matching twin beds, dresser, bedside table and another television. The second bedroom, also done in a tasteful, tropical theme. The second bedroom offers private entry to the second full bath. There is a full size stack washer and dryer in the condo.

The Living room has been furnished with two new sofas, one is a comfortable queen size sleeper sofa, two leather reclining chairs and updated, modern glass tables. There is a large flat screen television in the living room. In addition to fantastic, unobstructed Gulf view from the living room, there is also a sliding glass door opening to the private balcony. You can see the County pier from the balcony and livingroom.

With the large dining room table and breakfast bar, the dining room will comfortably seat eight. The view from the dining room is also amazing. Cooks can actually enjoy KP here. Solid surface stove, built in microwave, new refrigerator and updated cabinetry provide the foundation for a well stocked,well equipped kitchen. Guests can enjoy dining in the unit, sharing their newest seafood creations or enjoying a late morning, relaxed breakfast before heading back out to the beach for another day celebrating creation.
