"Serenity" is a spacious, tastefully decorated two bedroom, two bath condo in the Twin Palms Resort. The cheerful decor is light and airy in colors of sand, citrus orange with touches of kimi and aqua. Airy and Light Bringing the Sea and Sky inside.

The granite counter tops, natural stone floors, custom drapes create a comfortable yet luxurious tone where guests are welcome to relax and make themselves at home.

Attention to detail includes stereo, area rugs, extra seating on the large bow shaped, beach front balcony and quality bedding. Creature comfort is key.

Serenity has a fine floorplan. The master suite and living room are gulf front and share a very large, attractive balcony. The kitchen is light and airy, open to the dining room and living room. Guests may comfortably sit at the granite breakfast bar while planning the days itinerary with the chef. The

kitchen is conveniently stocked with everything the traveling chef may need or want to put together light meals or when trying out their culinary skills with some of the fresh Florida seafood available at any of several nearby shops.

The dining room is both functional and elegant. Up to ten people can dine together in comfort and style. The living room provides ample seating with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors. Relax as you watch favorite teams or movies on the television, share a recently released movie on DVD or simply relax while gazing at the magnificent vista view of tourquoise water and azure skies. Turn on the stereo, and relax in air conditioned comfort as you relish the amazing view from the "Serenit" living room.

Enjoy alfresco dining on the large patio, Breakfast is a special event when you watch the beach waking up for the day as you dine. Enjoy the daily show as flocks of playful pelicans sail by on their morning flight. The patio is also a wonderful place to watch nature's light show while the tropical sun sets each day. Thinking about a light show, don't forget the breath taking and romantic views that will thrill you as you walk out onto the balcony after sundown.

The guest bedroom is separated from the master suite. A roommate plan has

ensured ultimate privacy by placing the bedrooms on opposite sides of the

condominium. The guest bedroom has direct access to the second bath, a

television, and exciting tropical decor including a window with a nice view to

the north.

Nature, including citrus and tropical sunsets served as the inspiration

for the soothing colors used throughout Serenity.The queen size sleeper sofa and

matching love seat offer an exciting punch of cheerful, tropical color.

Twin Palms offers beach side swimming pools, BBQ grills, covered parking,

a gated, secure community,

whirlpool, sauna, indoor pool and an exercise room. Twin Palms is less

than than a ten minute beach walk to Pineapple Willies and about the same

distance from Pompano's, one of the finer dining establishments on '"the

worlds' most beautiful beach" Twin Palms is also close to Clara Avenue with a

quick route to Hutchinson Boulevard, (The locals still call it Middle Beach

Road). This means it's easy to get to Pier Park and Frank Brown Park from

the Twin Palms resort.
