Our beautiful pool is steps from your door and is a great place to spend the day.
The covered patio has panoramic views of the lagoon and boat docks. Watch the fish jump and the boats go by. Bring your boat and have the use of our boat dock during your visit. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. We had everything we needed. We enjoyed watching the wildlife in the lagoon from the living room. The pool was clean and cool. We walked to the Mellow Mushroom, Wendy's and a couple of other restaurants as well as to the beach. It was just perfect for the two of us. We would definitely stay here again.

My family enjoyed our stay at this rental property. It was close to the beach but yet out of the much crowded area. There were many activites right outside the villas. The pool was great. The view was magnificant. My husband fished right out the back door practically. No noise and and we were very comfortable. This property was more than expected and the price is just right. We definately will be back to PCB and will rent here again.

The service was great. The home was clean and very close to the beach. Alot of things to do very close to location. Jim is very helpful and truthful and we hope to stay again next year.

The unit was very clean and the owner very 0bliging . The view of the lagoon was interesting each day,It is to bad the pool was not heated which could be done with solar panels The beach was a short walk but no problem a reading lamp would be a plus. We enjoyed our stay very much

We had a wonderful month here. The condo was very clean, and had the greatest view of the Lagoon right out our patio door in the yard.
We were able to watch the Clumsy Pelicans land in the water where they were fishing.
The area is the best, as there is every convenience you could want.
Shopping only a few blocks away. Beach across the street. The neighbors were friendly, and basically it was very quiet. We would definitely consider going back there again to the same unit.
The only thing that could have been better was if the pool was Heated. -

Jim,
We just arrived back in Leesburg, after a wonderful stay in your condos in Panama City Beach.
We found everything just as represented and better.
Lee and Mike were most hospitable and made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. Lee went above and beyond in not shooting me. If she hasn't told you yet, I walked into their condo twice, thinking it was ours.
I am sure she had to wonder if you had rented to a "cat burglar" or some kind of pervert. She handled it well and kept me from feeling "too" embarrassed.
Mike's fishing tips led to the highlights of the trip. My son, grandson and I had a ball catching redfish.
Grandson caught a 34 1/2 inch one that almost whipped him before we could land it.
Boat ramp and lagoon exceeded expectations
We look forward to our next visit.

The unit is nice and was clean,it was very busy time at beach, so parking lot was full. its is nice to use the dock to throw a line in , pool area is decent, there was no internet available? it is convieniant to shopping , walked to beach for some pics but kind of far to drag your cooler and shade/chairs. It was kind of noisey from the go cart track but we enjoyed the patio, not alot of mosquitos, depending on the wind you could smell some septic tanks watering the grass every now and then but it went away. a/c worked great, had enough hot water and linens, washer/dryer is a bonus . all in all we would stay there again but not on the 4th of july week.

There is wireless internet access in the pool area as advertised. It must have been temporarally down that day. Sorry.
