Do you want a great view, in a beautifully decorated condominium, in a resort with lots of amenities? Do you want convenience, along with the peaceful West end of Panama City Beach? If so, stay in this lovely condo on the 13th floor at Emerald Beach Resort - it’s perfect for a couple or a small family!

The LIVING ROOM, painted in a warm gold, is a wonderful gathering spot. It features a large rolled-arm sofa that opens into a queen sleeper. There’s a comfortable slipper chair and ottoman next to the sofa, and a bright, tropical print armchair on the other side of the room. There are 2 large table lamps on each end of the sofa a...nd next to the slipper chair – both areas are excellent spots for reading. There’s a flat screen TV with premium cable, including several free HBO channels, and a DVD player. Or you can log onto the FREE high speed wireless internet, and see what bands are playing at Tootsie’s Orchid Lounge. You’ll enjoy a spectacular view of the beach and the gulf with floor to ceiling sliding doors.

Walk out onto the balcony, have a seat, and enjoy a cocktail as you view a spectacular sunset. Watch for a pod of dolphins, or catch some boats in the distance. Stretch out on the chaise lounger and take a well deserved nap. Set up your laptop on the table and surf the internet, as you listen to the waves below.

The MASTER BEDROOM features a comfortable King size bed and private bath. The coverlet has a nice tropical print, and there are room darkening drapes, making it easy to “sleep in” that first day of vacation. There’s a TV with all the channels that you get in the living room, and a 2nd DVD player, so you can catch up on some favorite movies. A bedside table and lamp on each side makes it easy for both people to read in bed, and there’s a nice arm chair in the corner. Of course you can surf the internet, since this condo has Wi-Fi. There’s a large chest with 5 drawers, to hold plenty of shorts and swimsuits. The large closet gives you plenty of space for luggage and hanging clothes, and has mirrored doors. The master bath is private, with a combination tub/shower.

The hall BUNK AREA has twin bunk beds. The 2nd bathroom has a combination tub/shower.

The open KITCHEN area looks out over the water, and features beautiful granite countertops with attractive maple cabinets and stainless appliances. It is supplied with dishes, pots and pans, utensils, coffee pot, toaster, blender – whatever you need to whip up a quick snack, or a gourmet meal. There’s a raised bar with 2 stools – great for extra seating, or for someone who wants to “supervise” the cook!

The DINING AREA comfortably seats four. Besides dining, it’s a great spot for a game of gin rummy or Trivial Pursuit. (Check under the TV for games, novels, and movies.)

The LAUNDRY closet has a full size, stackable washer and dryer, for all those swimsuits, beach towels, and ball uniforms.

Along with the pull out sleeper sofa in the living room, this beachfront condominium sleeps 6 comfortably. There are 2 full baths.

Emerald Beach Resort is located a little over a mile from Pier Park and the Dan Russell Fishing Pier, with its many shops, restaurants and sixteen-screen movie theater.

It is also less than 100 yards from Sharky's Beachfront Restaurant and Bar and only 2 miles from the Frank Brown World Series Ballpark. And of course, some of the best seafood restaurants on the Gulf are also nearby.

One of the unique features of this resort is Florida's largest sky bridge with a full Sky Bar and lounge area. This provides a beautiful and relaxing setting for guests to meet and enjoy a cocktail without ever leaving the resort (especially nice in the hot summer months). The Sky Bar also offers the opportunity for guests to order food from nearby Carrabba's and have it conveniently delivered to them in the bar lounge. You will also be able to enjoy your favorite coffee drinks and pastries at the resort's own full-service Starbucks.

Taxes are included in all rates. End of stay cleaning fee is included in weekly and monthly rates. An $85 cleaning fee will be added to stays less than 1 week. There is an additional $300 refundable damage deposit. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

Stays of less than 1 week during Spring Break and Summer will be based on last minute availability. We have a 3 night minimum.

  Beautiful view from the balcony,faces south,warm sun from 9.00 a.m.Condo was nice and clean,bed was comfortable,two(2) full bathrooms,very nice kitchen includes all item(dishes,pot & pans,knives etc.Balcony was very private for sunbathing.Staff very helpful especially at front door.Win-Dixie just up the street,Publix a little further.Restaurants abound,our favourite "Mikes Oyster Bar"Wednesdays were oysters on 1/2 shell (1/2 price dozen $3.50)"The Hang Out"just before Walmart,food was fabulous.Huge shopping just up the street(all major stores)big food court and a movie theatre.Weather was warm & sunny most of the time this year for January & February.

  The pictures and descriptions don't even come close to the quality of the unit. I have rented at least a dozen units in the last 5-6 years and this one was best! The whole living room wall opens up to the fabulous balcony. From the kitchen it looks like you are on a ship on the water!!The rental company made booking and check in seemless!!! Karen is the best for providing honest clear information! Can't wait till spring!!! I never have to condo search again!! My unit awaits!!

  We spent the week of July 4 in this condo at Emerald Beach. Although it was the busiest week of the year, we enjoyed the festivity and activity. The beach was full of people, but everyone was having a great time; very friendly and fun.
  
  This particular condo is great! Beautifully decorated, comfortable bed, tiled balcony, fully stocked kitchen, lots of games/books/Dvds in the unit for guests. It's truly a home away from home! And the unit comes with umbrella and beach chairs included. Never had to carry anything but a towel and beach bag to and from the condo.
  
  Eb offers a lot of extra amenities. They have bellmen and valet parking for no charge other than customary tipping. Good security. There's a skybar in the walkover. The resort has two pools plus a kiddie pool and hot tubs. There's a full-service Starbucks and lounge off the lobby. And right next door to EB is the best NY pizza place in PCB! Salvatore's. Not only is their pizza amazing, they have great wings, pasta, calzones and salads (eat in or take out). It's so convenient and killer food!
  
  This unit has a very spacious guest bath off the hall (designed for wheelchair access). More roomy than other units with the same floorplan. Our 'bunk guest' was able to keep her luggage in the guest bath and use it as a personal dressing area without feeling cramped.
  
  Although we didn't go through the front desk because we were dealing with Resort Condo Services (visitpcb.com), the staff was still very kind and helpful. And Karen Jones with RCS was wonderful to work with as the reservations agent. I corresponded with her on several questions and she was always prompt in responding.
  
  I highly recommend this condo, this resort and Resort Condo Services!
