place had positives and negatives. view was great. place was all in all great...carpet was stained and felt dirty even though it had just been cleaned. this particular place had hotel empolyees constantly harrassing us about time shres. very obnoxious. One hotel empolyee got inaapropriate with my wife (hitting on her vulgarly) while in the elevator. great value for the money, great tiki bar out back. not a bad place, just not sure if we'd go back...
but all in all a great stay. We have used southern rentals now twice, would use you guys again, probably not stay in that same room or building again.

There does not exist a community grill. Please remove that from the listing for those of us who are looking forward to having a cook-out by the beach. Also, I had a hard time trying to get in contact with the front desk because it would ring but noone would answer. Other than that, it is a nice condo.

We were provided the very best service From Southern Vacation Rentals. They were extremely friendly and assisted us with our every need. The home was absolutely spotless and felt like home as soon as we walked through the door, and it was in the prime location as well. It was away from all the main attractions, so there was light traffic in the area. The absolute only thing we disliked about this place was leaving. Read This--- If you are planning a trip to PC anytime soon and pass this place up, you will be sorry... I'm already looking forward to our next visit.

The condo was great and having private check in and out was awesome. Also great for families. The only negatives about renting this condo was...
Not being informed on:
Having to call to get Internet code
Only gettin one roll of toilet paper: you have to buy you own
We have to take out own trash with no where about of where it goes
Not enough towels for a weeks stay
Other then not being informed properly we had a great stay and would choose southern home again . Lastly all our problems were solved in a timely and respectable manner.

We really enjoyed our stay and would have given the unit a 5 star review because the unit itself was amazing but when we arrives the unit was not clean. The bath tub was black and the shower curtain looked like it had never been cleaned and had a ton of build up. There was food spilled on the sofa and the carpet was dirty and had not been vaccumed. All of the ammenties of the unit were good and the view was breathtaking. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of space. Being beach front and being able to take the elevator straght down to the beach was awesome. We did have some issues with the people staying next door to us being extremely loud until almost 5am and when reported to the management company they said it was not their unit so we would have to call the front desk at the resort the next time it happened this would have been ok to do if the front desk was open at the time the issues were occuring. It would seem that the level of customer service that Southern had provided in the past has gone downhill somewhat over the last few years. Overall we had a great time there were just some issues that were mishandled.
