We are located on the east end of St.Thomas Drive in Panama City Beach. It is away from the noisy clubs and traffic congestion, but close to all the fun parks and great dining choices. St. Andrews State Park is 1.5 miles east of Sterling Beach. Schooners is a fantastic open air gulf front restaurant with live entertainment only 1.3 miles east...drive or take a nice walk on the beach! Try the huge Schooner burger, Fresh Grilled Grouper, or Ahi Tuna Steak. Schooners Frozen Margaritas are some of the best on the beach. The World Famous Captain Anderson's Seafood Restaurant, Boat Yard Restaurant, Marina Cantina, J. Michael's, Billy's Oyster Bar, Andy's Flour Power (great breakfast and lunch!) are all just 2.5 miles to the east! For Golfers there are several options like the Jack Nicolas designed course in Bay Point is one of the best in the US. Pier Park shopping and dining destination is a must. Kids and adults will love the Miracle Strip at Pier Park Amusement rides in the center of the property. Pier Park is 8.5 miles to the west. Deep Sea Fishing charters are available at Bay Point Marina and Captain Anderson's Light House Marina

Tis was our first visit to Panama City and as soon as we walked thru the door it felt like home! Thank you Bruno family for allowing us to stay at your beautiful condo. The view was amazing and it was more than enough room and comfort for our family! We will definitely return next year for another experience in the castle.

To the Bruno family: Your condo is the best and most spacious condo we have ever stayed in. The ocean view is simply amazing! And so much space for all 12 of our family members. The grandchildren loved the pirate room with the bunkbeds, the toys, and Wii. You have supplied any and everything anyone could possibly need for their stay. Parking is so easy. Thank you, Bruno family for sharing you home away from home with us. We had a great time staying in this lavished condo. More space then we needed, but gave us the opportunity for everyone to have there own space. I pray that their will always be a time during the year that will be open for us to return. Thank you again. Oh! Don' t let me forget, even through spring break was very much in progress, everything there so quiet and peaceful. Grand kids were able to go to the beach and pool without any worry.

The only word to describe this house is amazing. The view from the wall to wall windows is unlike anything that we had ever experienced. You literally feel like you are hovering over the beautiful ocean. Not only is the view great, but every feature of the house is tops; comfortable, functional, and so beautiful. The house is comfort and quality in every room. There is not a place in the house that our family didn't think was fantastic. It is so spacious and well designed that our family of 5 kids never felt crowded, and in fact the house is so large that there were places that we didn't use. It comfortably sleeps as many as recommended. We also appreciated how well appointed the house is. The kitchen has everything that you need, and the large pantry is great for storing a weeks food easily. Among the many unusual aspects of the house, is that it is so nicely furnished that you quickly feel that you are truly at home. Our kids are small, and the bunk bed room with flat screen tv and wii was quickly the favorite. With a pirate theme, the kids made memories just hanging out that will be around our house for a long time. There is so much to say about this house. It is the place to stay at Panama city if you are looking for an experience for your family that is unparalleled in comfort, ocean view, and fabulously appointed space. You will not be disappointed, I promise.

This was the perfect vacation home for our family. We have several adult children, their spouses, and grandchildren. Everyone had their own space. We never felt crowded or disturbed by having everyone stay together. There was even a room for our grandbaby to have her own space and crib and she even loved it! It has everything you could want in a vacation home. Very comfortable and beautiful with gorgeous views. The kids pirate room was so cute! The kitchen had all the things one would have at home. Paul is a great guy to rent from. Very helpful and conscientious. We had a wonderful two weeks!

My family stayed here for a week and had the best beach experience ever! The condominium is extremely spacious and decorated to perfection. The view is beyond fabulous with floor to ceiling windows. This is an escape from reality.

We stayed here in June 2011. 4 adults and 3 children ages 3, 7, and 10. When we walked in we thought we had died and gone to heaven! The condo itself it absolutely gorgeous with floor to ceiling glass windows and a beautiful oceanfront view. It is very family friendly, and spread out nice so that multiple families staying at the same time can each have their own space. It has everything you would need-crib for baby, extra mattress, three master bedrooms, 2 jacuzzi tubs, a beautiful pirate-themed kids room with a television and wii. The huge balcony was perfect for watching the sun set and enjoying the evening breeze.
The condo was on the best part of that stretch of the beach with the best soft sand and cleanest water. The pool was clean and the kids and adults loved spending time there!
We are dreaming of going back to this condo!!! We would definitely recommend this condo to friends without reservation! Anyone who stays here will surely have a fabulously relaxing vacation!!Response from Paul - 09/05/2011
