Our motto is " you get what you pay for" so we go the extra mile to make sure our condo is ready for a perfect vacation!!!! We have on-site maintenance and housekeeping to make for a worry free vacation.

This is one of the very few 4 bedroom/3 bath end units on the rental market. This wonderful, luxurious, condo located in tower 1 and is sure to please any guest. If you are looking for one of the nicest condos at a very reasonable rate, you have found your match! The views are panoramic and majestic amenities are some of the very best on the panhandle. We have stocked the kitchen, and the bookshelves. Just pack your swimsuit....We even... have lots of beach towels, beach cart etc..Etc...

Last season we did a complete remodel new paint,tile, carpet..Fully stocked kitchen, top quality linens and towels also a secured in room wi-fi by comcast...Unlimited movies by net-flix!!!

The calendar is filling up fast for a reason...Quality of condo,location, we do the extra's for a great vacation! When you walk in we want you to be so happy you chose our condo!!

If you're not soaking in the stunning gulf views on the large wrap around balcony on the comfy wicker loveseat, you could be swimming in one of the three on-site swimming pools, hot tubs, baby pool, and indoor pool. Also there is a state of the art fitness center with sauna and steam room, spa service, 130 seat theater, that will show a feature movie on the weekends. There is a starbucks market, h2o poolside grill and a martini/piano bar.

The on-site 24/7 security sevice keeps the resort safe and enjoyable for all.

Master bedroom has a sliding door that leads to the gulf front view on the wrap around balcony to the den and there is an additional balcony off the queen bedroom with amazing view down the beach. There are 2 king beds, 1 queen, bunk room, sofa bed. Condo sleeps 10 in beds but we allow maiximum 12 people. (children in porta cribs) every bedroom has its own tv with dvd/vcr.

Everything you and your family need during your vacation is right here. You won't want to leave- and you'll definitely be back!

  Our eight member family had a terrific time in this really nice 4 bedroom/3 bath, corner/end-unit condo in Panama City Beach. The views from the 13th floor were nothing short of spectacular--lots of dolphins, schools of fish around, plus the fun of people-watching. We would definitely try and book this unit again for another family beach vacation,
  
  There are several short-term parking spaces directly in front of each tower (on Front Beach Rd.), where you can park temporarily to unload your car/load your car. There are luggage carts available to help with the unloading/loading as well (just don't bring them into the individual unit.) Parking was free and easy in the parking garage--just don't park in any of the reserved spaces or forget to place the parking pass on your dashboard or you can be towed away.
  
  The condo owner (Keke) was really great to work with (both on line and over the phone) and the way she had things organized was very helpful in planning our trip and enjoying our stay there. Example: there is a list of things to check when you first arrive, detailed directions with a map of the complex, there is a checkout list to follow, and there are lots of helpful laminated reminders/notes tactfully placed around the unit to help maximize a great vacation while maintaining the integrity of the unit. There were 15 beach towels ready and available for use outside, plus tons of bathroom towels for use inside the unit. Having a washer/dryer in the condo was really helpful and the women appreciated the hairdryers in each bathroom. The complex has two outdoor pools, a hot tub, and one indoor pool, with two outdoor showers that let you wash off the beach sand before entering the pools or before using the elevator to return to the condo. The free WiFi inside the unit worked well for us.
  
  There is a Walmart nearby and a Publix supermarket really close by so you can pick up all of the supplies you need for your vacation fun, and you can check the reviews of local restaurants on Ta for those nights you just want someone else to cook.

  Normally I do not take time to write a review, but after the week we had, I felt I must share our experience because it was so relaxing & stress free.
  First, I would like to say that the decor in the condo is beyond anything I expected. You have thought of anything and everything to ensure your guest are taken care of.
  Second, the location of your place is just perfect, right in the middle of activities we wanted to do going either east or west.
  Third, the reservation process with you & personnel at Majestic were absolutely the most helpful I have had in
  a long time. We felt so special during our trip.
  And last, but definitely not the least, the view from your balcony was so tranquil. My husband & I looked forward to the mornings, drinking coffee & watching the dolphins play in the water.
  We look forward to our next trip & now that we have found our "place to stay" there will be no more shopping around for price/location/etc. because 1301 is The Place to Stay in Florida.
