Enjoy all the amenities for a perfect vacation, plus an amazing Gulf Front view from your balcony. This 16th floor, 1 bedroom plus bunks condominium directly overlooking the "World’s Most Beautiful Beach" is perfect for a couple or small family. You can’t beat this location on the quiet West end of Panama City Beach, across the street from Pier Park and close to Frank Brown Park.

This beautiful beachfront condominium was remodeled in March 2013. Check out the wonderful new paint colors, linens, and master bedroom furniture. All floors in this lovely condo are ‘easy to care for’ tile.

The LIVING ROOM features a large rolle...d-arm sofa that opens into a queen sleeper. There are 2 large table lamps on each end of the sofa - excellent spots for reading. A leather recliner - that literally rocks! - faces the beach or the 42" flat screen TV. There is an armchair that can be moved about the room - face the beach, the sofa, or the TV - it's your choice! There’s a TV, DVD player, and stereo in the living room. As with all our condominiums, you’ll get premium cable TV, including free HBO. You can log onto the FREE high speed wireless internet and see what bands are playing at Tootsie’s Orchid Lounge. Enjoy a spectacular view of the beach and the gulf with floor to ceiling sliding doors.

Walk out onto the balcony and have a seat, and enjoy a cocktail as you view a spectacular sunset. You’ll have a wonderful view of the pools below, and the Dan Russell Pier directly to the west. Watch for a pod of dolphins, or catch some boats in the distance.

The MASTER BEDROOM features a comfortable King size bed and private bath. There’s a TV with all the channels that you get in the living room. A 2nd DVD player is in the Master, so you don’t have to suit everyone’s movie taste at once. There are 4 drawers under the TV for storage, and the large closet gives you plenty of space for luggage and hanging clothes. The master bath is private, with a combination tub/shower.

The hall BUNK AREA has twin bunk beds. The 2nd bathroom has a walk-in shower instead of a tub.

The open KITCHEN area looks out over the water, and features beautiful granite countertops with attractive white cabinets and appliances. It is supplied with dishes, pots and pans, utensils, coffee pot, toaster, blender – whatever you need to whip up a quick snack, or a gourmet meal. Or make it really easy and go across the street to Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville!

The DINING AREA comfortably seats four, plus there are two barstools at the raised bar.

The LAUNDRY closet has a full size, stackable washer and dryer, for all those swimsuits, beach towels, and ball uniforms.

Along with the pull out sleeper sofa in the living room, this beachfront condominium sleeps 6 comfortably. There are 2 full baths.

This condominium is located at Calypso Towers and Resort, on the quiet West end of Panama City Beach. Avoid the crowds on Thomas Drive. This beautiful resort is across the street from Pier Park, home of Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, Tootsie's Orchid Lounge, etc. It is next to the Dan Russell Pier, and within 1 mile of the ballfields at Frank Brown Park.

Taxes are included in all rates. End of stay cleaning fee is included in weekly and monthly rates. An $85 cleaning fee will be added to stays less than 1 week. There is an additional $300 refundable damage deposit.

Stays of less than 1 week during Spring Break and Summer are based on last minute availability. We have a 3 night minimum.

Renters must be 25 or older. Vacationing students must have a parent or guardian staying in the condo the entire stay.

All of our properties are NO SMOKING and NO PETS resorts.
