Robin Mixon is excellent - very prompt at taking care of needs after arriving. The pool was only open the last day of a week stay, which was disappointing. Lots of maintenance work going on - sand blasting and painting exterior. On the plus side, love the location of Gulfgate - so convenient, yet just out of the strip area and worst traffic. Unit is well decorated and very comfortable. Would definitely rent again.

The rate for this property was great as was the location. For less than a hotel room we had a 2 bedroom condo. The view of the gulf was great and the covered pool was enjoyed by all.
The dryer either needs a new belt or to be replaced. When we first fired up the machine it was so loud! Once it ran for a few minutes it returned to a normal level of noise. Also the master bathroom had some mildew in the shower but was otherwise clean (this is on the ocean so we were not surprised)
The cable in the kids room was not working but they did offer to send out somebody. The check in and check out process is painless and Robin was great at getting back to me quickly when I had questions.
The family had a great time on this vacation and we enjoyed this fantastic property. -

I will start by saying I was very impressed with Mr. Mixon when I first called. He was able to help me with finding a property that would accomidate our dates of travel. The property was perfect for us. The condo was clean and well taken care of. It was well furnished and had everything we needed. Made us feel like we were in our home. Location was nice and not on the well traveled strip. We really enjoyed the stay.
The only issue we had was with the wireless. We were constantly kicked off. -

The service for arriving and existing is great because guys make it so simple these days!! Thanks, thanks thanks!!! Room 210 was great becasue of the bright colors and furniture theme. We love staying at Gulf Gate because it is on the west end of PC Beach that we love. We did leave notes on a form in the room that you ask customers to fill out. I do not remember now what all commented on, but I do know that the sliding door was very troublesome to open and close. It felt like it had a bad rut or groove in the track. Again, I noted a couple of other things on the paper we filled out and left in room 210. Do those papers not get delivered to Mixon Properties? We did this last time too and later it was not acknowledged that we reported issues. Overall we enjoyed the stay and I look forward to next time!! Thanks Robin and Mike!
