This was our first time staying at Gulf Gate. We stayed in unit 209 which included 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Was nice not to have to share a bath with 2 teenagers. These condos are about as close to the beach as you can get. It was more private and quiet than what I expected since we were there during 2013 Spring Break. Nice condo but needs some updating. Could have been a little cleaner. I would stay again for the quietness and privacy and can't beat the access to the beach. Also nice view of the gulf. Very relaxing.

Management was very helpful and friendly. Location was great, right on the beach, although since the room was recessed we couldn't watch sunrise or sunset from the balcony.
The experience was somewhat marred by the little things like refrigerator door no closing properly causing condensation, sliding door won't open, hole in wall, light bulb over stove not working, broken chair on balcony, etc. -

The room was great and our family loved the location. Right on the beach and great access to surrounding places. Easy setup and smooth sailing. Definitely recommend!!

Right on the beach where we could watch all the action. We even saw dolphins twice from our balcony! The sand and surf were wonderful. The pool was nice. Two bedrooms, two baths, three TVs, full kitchen, etc. Soundproofing was excellent.

We really enjoyed our month here. Took some time to get it cleaned the way we like, but it was a nice condo, and well furnished. Would recommend it to anyone, beach is beautiful, pool was really nice, people are friendly!
Did not like all the road construction!!!
