Pet friendly, Two bedroom Two bath Gulf Gate Condo. Gulf Gate is family friendly, beachfront, located off Thomas Drive. This unit is conviently located on the 3rd floor. Elevator is available but easy access by stairs. New furnishings October 2010. Small pets allowed with pet fee. (owner ask that guest puts cover down on couch so no hairs will be left on dark couch). Beautifuly view of the Worlds Mos Beautiful Beaches. Covered pool.

Pleasantly surprised by unit. Very nicely decorated and gave a homey feel to the stay. Amazing view of ocean and far enough away from craziness of PCB strip.

Outstanding service. We've dealt with Mixon Properties for several years and have been very satisfied with their performance. Condo was in excellent condition, very comfortable. We come to Gulfgate Condos every year because of the location and amenities. We're not a big fan of the high rises, so Gulfgate Condos is a perfect fit for me and my husband. We'll continue to visit as often as we can.

condo was nice,would have been better a little closer to front beach rd. but was ok. pool and access to beach was great. only one thing negative..air was not as cool as it should have been,bedrooms were on the to warm side. but overall was pretty nice

Before arrival and after Mixon was just a telephone call away and they were always friendly and helpful. The furniture in the living area was very confortable. I did not use the kitchen very much but the dishes and utensils were what I needed. The master bedroom was large and had a good view. The other bedroom was was little small but was ok. I was very glad we chose this condo rather than being on the other side of town where the beaches and roads were crowded. The water was close to the condo which made the view great and easy to get my elderly mother to the beach. The other guest and owners were friendly. My family enjoyed our stay there .

We had a great stay. Nice condo, pool, and beaches were nice and not very crowded. Only thing was housekeeping needs to step it up a little. Found popcorn and cheerios on the floor, but everything else seemed to be in great shape. We will be back!

We had a great time. Everything was great. The only I guess complaint we had was the air conditioning really didn't keep the bedrooms as cool at night as we would have liked and the carpet in master bedroom is pretty worn.
The complex as a whole is great. I would stay there again but proably in another unit. -
