It offers a beautiful view, pool, elevator, and a secluded feeling. This was the second time we have stayed with you and once again, we had a great time. It was great to be steps away from the beach and have a pool to enjoy as well. Our room was nice and had just what we needed to relax and view the ocean. It was nice to be close to some great restaurants and shopping. the view from the balcony was beautiful for sunrise and sunset. We will be back!

Internet service much improved. Tv sets need to be replaced. Way to much furniture. Visited other guest units at cocktail hour. Their kitchens were remodeled nicely to give more room and seemed to open up entire condo. Less furniture and faux plants would help. Set up small area for computer.

We had an awesome time. We only had one incident with a condo owner (two grills, they camped at one on the 4th from roughly 2:00 until 9:00, not letting anyone use "their" grill while everyone else shared the only other one). The beach was always clean and the water was great, the building is in excellent condition and it's on the beach. We had a great time.

Everything about this trip was awesome! The room was super clean and the staff was very friendly. We loved the location of this property all the way around!Great place if you desire a family atmosphere. The beach wasnt at all crowded since there are mostly smaller scale rentals nearby. The beach chair and umbrella rental service here is the best!! I just cant say enough. It was everything we were hoping for! The balcony furniture is in need of a slight upgrade, however it's not a huge issue. We are already planning on staying at this property again next year!

We like the close proximity to the restaraunts and shops. The pool being half covered by the building to give you a break from the sun awesome. The views from the balcony overlooking the pristine beach priceless.

We are coming again in May, 2012. The service we get from Mixons is always the best. Our last stay was in august, 2011 and as usual we had a wonderful experience. We love this unit because it is very well equipped in all areas, especially the kitchen. We absolutely love the keyless entry because you don't have to worry about keeping up with a key. You just can't beat the beach front location and we love the fact that it is not a high rise condo!

Have stayed with Gulfgate on several occasions. Love the family atmosphere. Feel safe letting 15 year old and 11 year old go to beach. Do no have to worry about "drinking and partying". Units are always very clean and up to date. Robin and Mike have always been very attentive to any concern or needs. Always able to get in touch with someone when you call, don't just get voice mail. Actually can speak to live person. The one thing that needs work is the parking. Other than that the stays with Gulfgate has always been great!
