I've been going to Nautical Watch for over 20 years and love that place. It is a home away from home. The unit was manageable but it was not very clean and it really needs some updates. The property was maintained and looking great as always. We went for the beach so we weren't in the unit much. The location of the condo is awesome. Away from all the crowds, but still in a happening area especially around the holidays. the beach is beautiful as always. Had a great time overall. Mixon Properties provided excellent service. Absolutely no check in once you pay and sign your contract so it was convenient after 9 hours of traveling from TN. Worth every penny!

The Nautical Watch is in a great location. Out of the major congestion but still close to lots of stuff to do. We were not inmpressed with the condo. It was very dated, and in need of repair. There was mold on the ceiling, and cockroaches in the bathroom. The sink leaked. The mattress in the bedroom was very uncomfortable, and the mattress on the pullout sunk in in the middle. For what we spent I would have expected more for our money. We would stay at the Nautical Watch again just not this unit.

This location cannot be beat! Sitting on the patio is almost as good as actually being in the sand! We had and excellent time and would probably stay here again. That being said, this is an older condo so it is not as flashy as some. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that the cleaning staff is not the best and there was a family upstairs that ran up and down shouting until midnight. As far as cleaning goes the shower curtain had mildew on it which seems a very easy problem to solve (a little bleach on a rag would clear that right up); the bathtub leaked which seemed to attract bugs and the lint filter on the dryer did not look like it had been cleaned in months. Ultimately, the pros outweigh the cons but a more attentive cleaning staff would do wonders.

Great beach location with lots of beach ammenities and activities to choose from. Great restaurants and water activities within minutes. Lots of free parking and easy access.

We all feel like home that week we love that place because is quiet and cozy my kids love i have no words to describe it i recomend that place mostly for people with kids like me.
