RATES:

OUR RATES ARE ALL INCLUSIVE - THEY INCLUDE CLEANING FEE, TAXES, A BEACH CHAIR SET UP. Our rates are about the same as most 2 bedroom rentals for a huge 3 bedroom/3bathroom unit that sits right on the beach, is beautifully decorated and equipped like your second home! The only extra amount that is due from you is a FULLY REFUNDABLE reservation/security deposit of $200 (higher during Spring Break)

LOCATION:...

On Thomas Drive, this unit sits right on the beach on the quiet end of Panama City. You are just minutes away from Pier Park via Back Beach Road buy you can avoid the traffic , noise and parking decks of Front Beach Road.

WHO MAY RENT:

Families and Retirees are welcome. The Watercrest is a quiet family oriented complex. It's great for those who want to avoid the loud noise and traffic from party-type places along Front Beach Road or near the Beach-Front bars and restaurants. You must be 25 years of age to rent at The Watercrest. No exceptions.

OUR UNIT:

Our 4TH FLOOR unit Watercrest unit is BEACH FRONT located at the center of the building and has a nice view of the pool as well as the wonderful gulf front, beach views. Not all Watercrest units have a pool view, ours does. It also has a DIRECT GULF FRONT unobstructed view of the beach from the kitchen, den, and two of the bedrooms.

This unit is 1440 sq feet! The kitchen is nicely equipped with new pots, pans, utensils, plastic ware, etc.. Fridge has an icemaker, microwave vent hood, new trash compactor and brand new garbage disposer. We provide extra compactor bags. We provide all of the soap for the dishwasher as well.

We have installed a nice key pad entry system. You don't have to take a key to the pool or beach and never worry about getting locked out! We will provide you with a key code that is valid for your stay only.

THE BALCONY:

The balcony is very large and you can access the balcony from either of the two gulf front master bedrooms or the den. We have a table with 6 sling back chairs as well as two lounge chairs.

AMENITIES:

Free high speed internet is provided.

Each of the three bedrooms have their own bath, stocked with plenty of towels including beach towels for your convenience. All baths come with a blow dryer for your convenience. Both master baths have a magnifying make up mirror for those who need one (like me)

We have a good selection of board and card games and over 67 DVD's. We've added a brand new bean bag toss and ring toss beach games for your fun.

You'll enjoy the many amenities that Watercrest has to offer. The Watercrest has a tennis court, a shuffle ball court and, indoor racquetball court. We have a large pool, a kiddy pool, a huge hot tub, men’s and women's fitness rooms each with a dry sauna.

PARKING - Watercrest parking is stress free. The parking lot has an ample number of spaces. Parking is very near the elevators. You won't find yourself stressed out in a loading/unloading zone. Your rent includes one free parking pass. You may purchase a second pass for $17. Two cars per unit are allowed - No exceptions.

THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.

Additional Location Information

Thomas Drive is the quiet end of Panama City Beach. There is no street noise and very little traffic yet you can still reach Pier Park by using Back Beach Road in less than 15 minutes. If you want to avoid the crowded beaches, parking lots and noise, Thomas Drive should be your destination.

  Unit was as described except the "current" pictures don't show a web netting that was blocking the beautiful view of the beach and water. Lots of seating out on the spacious deck. Kitchen utensils were quite lacking, no wine opener, limited cooking pans,etc for our large family that doesn't like to eat out. And very surprising was that no table cloth or place mats for the glass topped dining room table. Went and bought one so that we didn't have to worry about scratching it. Loved the location and the grounds were the cleanest I've ever stayed at. Pool was very very clean and best of all nice and heated.

  Just returned from our stay at Watercrest 407 in Panama City Beach, FL. The unit is beautiful and the deck is huge. It has fantastic views, since you are literally only 4 floors up from the beach. The unit is stocked with everthing you need for a relaxing, fun, stay at the beach. Wanda, the owner, is great to work with, and the couple that run the beach chair rentals are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this unit, you will not be disappointed.

  My experience here was absolutely wonderful! The beach area is extremely clean and convenient, and the complex has several fun amenities, such as the communal pool, hot tub, and tennis court. With these, the beachfront, and all the nearby PCB activities in town, this condominium is perfectly located. The condo is quite clean, has nice bathrooms, and features a beautiful view, especially for sunsets. Carefully decorated, the condo radiates a constant euphoric and soothing calmness.

  Beautiful Views

  Charles and Wanda were wonderful hosts.Communication with them was easy and thorough.Wanda always got back to us with any concern we had.The condo was very well equipped with great pots and dishes.Every gadget you would need is there.The towels were thick and plentiful.Beds were super comfortable.There is plenty drawer space and great space in the master bathroom to do makeup and hair.My husband and I loved the sunsets and views and the sound of the waves always put me to sleep.It was so great to stay be on the gulf and be so close to the water.The keyless entry was so convenient.By the way,Deadeye Dick's Steakhouse has a filet mignon that will melt in your mouth.

  a week of luxury in the sunshine and warmth of Panana City Beach

  The condo was extremely nice...all the little extras that you would expect in a luxury hotel/condo. The decor was very tasteful and the beds oh so comfy!!! All the furnishings were of quality and taste.
  The kitchen had all the appliances and everything was in excellent working order. The view was enough to make you want to stay on the balcony for hours and the beautiful sandy beach was just feet from the condo property. The personnel were friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was upbeat but itnot noisy.
  It is a perfect place to relax and enjoy with shopping, restaurants and entertainment close by. I hope to go
  many times!!!
