Beautiful gulf front condo located at Edgewater Beach Resort. This 1703 H&C; Sq.ft. 3 bedroom 3 bath condo on lower floor offers you and your family endless gulf views! The spacious living room has a large sleeper sofa, flat screen TV with cable and a DVD player. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need for those family meals together. There is plenty of dining space for everyone in the dining area and you are sure to enjoy the views while you dine! Down the hallway, there is a stacked washer and dryer and full size guest bathroom to your left. To your right, there is the "Queen's Room" featuring two queen size beds and a flat scree...n TV with cable. The "Queen's Room" has its own private bathroom with double vanity sinks and a large garden style tub. Just past the laundry area and private bathroom to your left is the "Pool Room" which features a queen size bed, flat screen TV with cable, and gulf views. Across from the enterance door, you have the "King's Room". This room is sure to fit any King with a large king size bed, sitting area, large flat screen TV with cable. There is also a private balcony access off of the "King's Room" and a large private bathroom with double vanity sinks and large garden style tub. There is also wireless internet and free local calls available for your use.

Edgewater Beach Resort has eleven different pools, a nine hole golf course (c), arcade room, on site restaurant, Pizza Hut, Starbucks, and much more! Edgewater Beach Resort also has additional parking for a boat and/or trailer.

We require everyone to be 25 or older to stay in this home, unless they are accompained by an adult couple or have management approval.

We offer a fully refundable damage deposit of $150.00- $300.00 depending on the stay length.   Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for letting us use your home. For the first time in a long time all 9 of us were together for an entire week! And what a lovely condo. It is decorated beatifully. Each time I would search for something I was sure wouldn't be there, I was wrong. I always found what I was looking for.
  Also the pool just outside was wonderful. We could sit on the balcony and keep and eye on them..
  I can't say enough good things. I hope we can stay again next year!
