We had a great time in this condo. It is exactly as the pictures show. My husband and I were traveling with our toddler (1 1/2 years old). It was really nice to be so close to the beach and pools, especially with a toddler. She especially loved the splash pad and the heated pool. We practically had to drag her away from the pool each day kicking and screaming. We also loved the full kitchen. We were able to eat most of our meals "at home" instead of going out to restaurants for every meal. You can't beat eating breakfast out on the balcony every morning with such an amazing view. We'd love to return again next year. Thanks Mr. Kumar!

We stayed n this condo for two months Jan. and Feb. and couldn't have enjoyed ourselves anymore. The condo is furnished very well and has all the kitchen amenities that you need, and the flat screen televisions are very nice. It is on the tenth floor and has a great view of the Gulf, we saw dolphins numerous times and rays a few times also. I would highly recommend this condo to everyone.

My husband and I decided to rent a condo at Panama City Beach for Thanksgiving. We found this condo and were so glad that we did! We were very pleased with the reservation process--the owner is very prompt, answering any inquiries via email. The condo is absolutely beautiful! Beachfront, 2 Bedrooms (1 King and 1 Queen) with 2 full baths; immaculately clean; very beautifully furnished. I cooked our Thanksgiving dinner in the beautiful kitchen; was furnished with all cookware and dinnerware, coffeemaker,microwave, stove, refrig. The dining table seats 6, very comfortably. I did bring my roasting pan for the turkey, only because it's one that I always use. There's a washer and dryer; tv's (we watched football games, of course) and a beautiful balcony with plenty of seating. It was perfect for our Thanksgiving weekend at the beach! I highly recommend this condo; and will definitely keep it in mind for future trips to Panama City Beach, Florida.

We had an awesome vacation, the condo was excellent and I am so appreciative to the owner for giving us an awesome deal for the week. We always wanted to stay here at the Splash but it wasnt in our budget until this year thank you so much Mr Kumar! I recommend this condo/owner to rent from Mr Kumar was very helpful and so kind, hopefully we can return again next year:)

We received outstanding service, the owners of this unit are super friendly, very easy to work with, and quick with response to any questions or concerns. The unit was beautifully decorated and clean!!! Our view of the beach was gorgeous from the balcony. We really enjoyed all the kid friendly activities the resort had to offer! My children had a blast in the gulf, pools, lazy river, and water slides. Perfect trip and we'll stay here again in the future!!!

My family loved this condo! It was very clean and beautifully decorated. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious. The owners were very nice and helpful to deal with. My kids had the best time at the water park this place offers. We will definately stay here again!

Our stay at your condo was far more than we expected. Everything was clean and wonderful. The beds are very comfortable and it was so nice to have the washer and dryer in the condo. The Owners were extremely easy to communicate with and answer any questions. We will definately stay here again

What a beautiful clean condo and property. This was our families first time booking through Vacationrentals.com I was very apprehensive but the owners totally put me at ease and made feel comfortable that we had made the right destination decision. The view of the beach from the balcony was amazing. Lots to do in the area for families and teens. We will go back and stay at this condo again. Love Love Loved it! :)

We were very impressed by this condo that we rented and have already recommended them to our friends.What a great place to stay, so much better than a hotel, lots of space and nice kitchen to cook! It was very clean and nicely furnished with good decor in paintings, antiques, and kitchen utensils. The view of crystal clear emerald Gulf waters and soft snow white sand beaches from both the living room and the master bedroom is just amazing!
True to its name, everyone gets to Splash in here, especially the kids in the water park and the lazy river.The arcade with a mini bowling alley is another treat. Both the water park and the arcade were our son's favorite!
The owners are also very polite and friendly and were fast at responding to our request via internet. Basically you have everything you need and it feels like staying in your own home away from home while you are on vacation.
A superb value overall...difficult to find a better deal than this!!!
