My family of 4 stayed at this property for five nights in July and it was just as detailed in the description. Very clean and in a quiet neighborhood, only a few blocks from the beach.
This was our first time renting a house and it was easy and stress free. I fully enjoyed our stay here and would rent again.
The only suggestion I would have would be that it would have been helpful to know ahead of time that there was no extra toilet paper/dish soap/paper towel/garbage bags. We ended up having to purchase these things after we arrived. However, these are minor in the big picture.
