We can provide you with your perfect vacation location! It includes our wonderful, beachfront 1500sqft corner condo. Located on the 19th floor with the most awesome sunsets!! It overlooks 650' of the sugary white beaches and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The location and property overall was great! We had several issues with some of the little things inside the condo that could have made the stay awesome! The master bed was horrible! If you barely even rolled over or moved it had a wake you up in the middle of the night loud squeak! To me that is an easy fix that would make everyone's stay better- a new mattress and box springs. Also, the master bedroom door didn't lock and stay locked. You could just push on the door and it would open. Little things make a big difference when you're away from home for a week. Easily fixed! We enjoyed our stay and would stay in 1901 again as long as those things were repaired.

The management staff at the property was great! We had a broken television and they fixed it ASAP. The 19th floor corner unit had a great view and easy access to the beach. The beach was clean and not too crowded. The security did a great job of keeping any outsiders off the property.
The unit was a bit dirty, all the dishes needed to be re-washed and there were chips and dirt on the floor. The countertops were dirty, too. Outside had cigaretter ashes all over the balcony. Overall, that little bit of cleaning would not keep us from renting the unit again. -
