I read a lot of reviews about extra charges once you arrived and the bad parking situation. We rented through Southern Resorts and I am glad to say that we were charged no additional charges. The parking, however, is correct. There are only about 30 parking spots for the entire building. Anyone else must park across the street and try to dodge cars to cross the street. The condo itself was very clean, centrally located once you learn the back streets to get around. Our only complaint was the the refrigerator/freezer went out the first day that we were there. We were told someone would be there that day, but it took them 2 days to get it fixed. We had to purchase coolers & ice to put our items in. And ended up losing food because of it. I feel that the management company could have done a more timely job of getting it fixed.

My family and I loved our stay at Room 1503 Grandview East!!! It was a beautiful room with a breathtaking view of the beach/ocean. Everything that was needed to make our stay comfortable was provided. And the abundance of beach toys that the owner provided for the children to use was a was a pleasant surprise and big plus. We stayed 1 week and didn't want to leave. We will definitely be back!!
