Come enjoy your stay in this beautiful two bedroom, two bath PET FRIENDLY town home in the much desired Gulf Highlands located directly waterfront on the canal! This town home has a beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with everything you need for those enjoyable family meals together. There is a large separate laundry area off of the kitchen with full size washer and dryer. The dining table has seating for six with extra seating at the bar area. The living room has a large flat screen TV with cable. The couch is a queen size sleeper sofa and there is also a futon for additional sleeping. Internet is also ava...ilable for your use in the WiFi centers located onsite, along with free local phone calls. There is a half bath located downstairs as well. Upstairs is a guest bedroom that has a set of bunk beds and a full size guest bathroom. The master suite has a large king size bed, cable TV, and private balcony that overlooks the canal. The master bathroom has been remodeled with a beautiful sink, glass stand up shower, and new tile flooring. The backyard has beautiful views of the canal and a propane grill for your use. Enjoy fishing in the canal as it is stocked with great fishing. (Must abide by catch and release policy). This is also a great winter residence as many people in the community have been staying at Gulf Highlands for years! We know you will meet people that will become friends for life! A Beach House with swimming pool,deck and lounge chairs, 11 swimming pools, four tennis courts (two are lighted), miniature-golf, shuffleboard, gated community, private reserved parking, and a beautiful canal. You must bring your own equipment for the putt putt gulf course, tennis courts, ect. There is also a gate area for easy access into Rock It Lanes in the Shoppes at Edgewater. The Shoppes at Edgewater also offers many great restaurants such as FireFly, Subway, Montego Bay, and others. Gulf Highlands community is known as one of the most family friendly resorts in Panama City Beach area. Only a block away from the Gulf of Mexico, this town home is in the center of all of the great attractions that Panama City Beach has to offer. Within walking distance to Applebee's, Salt Water Bar and Grill, and Walmart. The famous Pier Park is only a 10 minute drive away and offers great dining, shopping and other fun family activities. St. Andrew's State Park is another local favorite and is less than 10 minutes away as well.

We offer a fully refundable damage deposit of $150.00- $300.00 depending on the stay length.   I loved the home. Nice and quiet community.Close to everything especially Club LaVela and the beach.Enjoyed the kitchen updated with great appliances,washer & dryer and comfortable beds. The one thing I did not like was the bedding for the sofa sleeper were stained and dirty. We were able to wash maybe an oversight by housekeeping. Will recommend.
