We spent a week in this condo in May and loved it. We will be back. However, it took a little to-ing and fro-ing to come to that decision.
Pros:
Gorgeous. The balcony is amazing. It's huge. It's furnished well.
Very comfortable, homey feel. While it had a new feel to it, it didn't have a 'don't touch' feel. We settled right in and had delusions of ownership within hours of arrival.
Kitchen is adequate.
Bathrooms are nice and clean.
Cons:
Bathrooms-hot water was a serious issue. The water heater was set so low that you get a tepid shower at best. I suspect, though, this is more of a liability issue than an owner's desire.
Bedrooms-the beds are hard as rocks. Our first night we were just so excited to be there and exhausted from the trip from TX. The second night fine but we woke up not as refreshed as usual. Third night woke up achy. And it went downhill from there. This was the topic we to-ed and fro-ed about, and like I said, ultimately we decided we'll be back. But we'll be bringing a mattress topper for each of the beds.
Sundries-the listing claims things like paper towels and toilet paper are provided. What that should say is "minimally provided". We got half rolls of each and only 2 rolls of tp per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, etc. We also only received 2 trash bags, 2 dishwasher packets, and 1 dishrag. For a week that is nowhere near enough. especially with twin toddlers. Maybe we'd have been fine if we were not in toddler mode. I will say, though, having toddlers is the only reason why the tp worked out. If we'd had 1 more toilet user we'd have been short. As it was, I used the last squares in my final visit to the loo before hitting the road. There was not 1 single square left when we were done with our week. Sadly, the sundry issue is why this is a 4-star review. The other issue, the beds - we know that now, will accommodate accordingly, and have decided the condo is too beautiful to not come back to for that reason. -

Noblesville, INBest Place I have ever stayed!!

A group of friends and I rented this place for our spring break and it was the best deal and the best place on the beach. The view was fantastic and there was plenty of room for all of us and some to spare. I definitely plan on contacting Greta in the future for my next spring break to either rent this place or other places she rents out. This was by far the best place I have stayed in PCB. It was a good enough distance away from the main, crazy area of the beach but still in a good spot with plenty of restaurants and activities to do. All of my friends and I were thoroughly impressed with the condo and had no complaints. It looks exactly as it does in the pictures, which in PCB, can be a rarity. Definitely a high quality condo and one worth looking into and renting.
