Welcome To The Village of South Walton
Located on the Florida Panhandle between Destin and Panama City, The Village of South Walton is a hidden treasure along scenic Highway 30A with very close access to the beautiful blue Gulf of Mexico. The Village, located at Seacrest Beach, is one of the newest developments on 30A. Fine details were given to this Charleston style architecture with cobblestone lanes, slate roofs, gas lanterns, and it’s own picturesque child friendly fountain that entertains children and adults from around the world.
Amazing Lagoon Pool
A 12,000 square foot pool is one of the most impressive amenities available to the guests of The Village. This pool has several levels, fountains and areas for everyone to enjoy. This gives you the options of fun and sun on the beautiful white sandy beach with alluring tropical blue waters, or a tropical pool setting that will relax and rejuvenate you in every way.
The first floor of the Village of South Walton is commercial property with one of the finest dining establishments along route 30A. Other shops line the cobblestone lane and fun filled cottages offer various “one of a kind” shops. The fountain in front shoots colorful water to arrangements of music so families with children can play and frolic and have a vacation of a lifetime.
Endless Activities
Rte 30A is a nineteen mile road lined with many restaurants, shops, and villages, each with their own unique characteristics. This slower paced road offers a bike path that winds in and out of the Gulf and there are many parks and areas to explore. Bikers, walkers, and rollerbladers enjoy this path that takes them through picturesque scenery.
The Village of South Walton is only a short few minute walk to the beach, but this condominium complex offers a complimentary shuttle service (limo-style golf cart) to and from the beach. You can be picked up right outside your door and driven the few blocks to the beach entrance or lagoon pool at no charge.
Rosemary beach and Alys Beach are only a few steps in either direction. Rosemary Beach offers eating establishments and shopping in their downtown area. You can sit and enjoy a glass of wine or beer in the courtyard or have breakfast, lunch, or dinner at an outdoor café.
If you enjoy golfing, there are many opportunities to golf at some of the finest courses around. Centrally located, The Village of South Walton allows for golf outings and time to relax and enjoy all the amenities offered.
